The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

25 Ocak gecesi, ertesi gunku ucusumuz oncesi konakladik. Odalar havalimani oteli icin ideal. Ancak, odaya girdigimizde cok soguktu. Oda kartini takili birakip resepsiyondan yeni kart alarak yemege gittik. Dondugumuzde en ufak bir isi degisimi yoktu. Bildiginiz donduk. (Sanirim 304 nolu odaydi) Banyoyu kullanmak istedim ısınmak icin. Su 30dk sonra ısındı. Sabaha kadar yorganin altinda uyuduk eşimle. Belki odaya has bir sorundu ama hic bu kadar üşümemiştik. Esimin saatini unutmustuk. 5 gun sonra sorunsuz teslim aldik. Bu konuda tesekkur ederiz.

If you are tired of bland international hotel chains where every room looks the same and there is no flavor of the local culture or location, Pergamon Pension is the place for you. The very friendly owner and his family made us feel uniquely welcome, more like relatives or friends come to stay, in their charming, quirky and historical Ottoman-era home. The house and garden are full of interesting vintage and antique items. Breakfast in their inner courtyard garden (underneath grape vines, next to a peach tree) featured lovely fresh fruit and traditional Turkish breakfast foods such as olives, honey, cucumbers and pastries. It was our first stay at Pergamon Pension but it won’t be our last!

The hotel is on the top of the hill in the small town of Xilinjie, driving past by car, there is a parking place, but the road up the mountain is very steep and narrow. The hotel is very classic, the rooms are small, and the consumption is not cheap, but the food and beverages are all freshly made. The overall decoration of the hotel feels very European and lifelike. The restaurant can see the view of the town. I like it here.

We booked on the internet with my wife. We went to the hotel. The staff at the reception didn't show any gulery, but also asked for a lot of charge. However, we waited for the room we went out to the room was beyond shame. So someone left and closed the door. The cleaners entered the room and was cleaned. There were plates with food boxes in the box. The bed boxes were covered with a stick. The room smelled from dust and was bad. The bathroom was wet towels with empty champagne boxes with hair cords. They said there were no other double rooms so we waited for it to be cleaned. The street was very terrific. We entered the room at 6 p.m. and we never went out again. There was no breakfast. The food on the buffet was reduced, but some of the food was not added. There was a hair cord inside the egg bread. There is no household or normal bread. When it was 13.00, they started to screw our door when you're going out. I'll never stay in such a place again. The street is full of Syrians. Not at all safe.

Ailem ve arkadaşlarımızla 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Merkeze 10dk uzaklıkta sessiz muhteşem doğasıyla karşıladı bizi. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve memnuniyetiniz için uğraşıyorlar. Fırın başındaki ümit ustanın pidelerini söylemeden geçemem çok lezzetliydi. Yemekler tatlılar çay saati atıştırmalıkları hepsi lezzetliydi.Odalarımız her gün düzenlendi ve temizlendi. Biz memnun kaldık. Yolumuz alaçatıya düşerse yine burayı tercih edeceğiz.Ebubekir Beye ve tüm çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Travelling alone stands and falls with hosts that welcome you and create an atmosphere, where you like to be. I work remotely to pay my travels, therefore I usually sit in the garden and worked on my laptop. The waterfountain, greens and people passing by created a sureal workplace. One day the owner connected me to someone who was going to Pamukkale. He knew, that I was waiting for someone who could take me there (my strategy to get around). That was a great daytrip! The usual things like, breakfast, cleanliness...all are excellent!

I highly recommend this hotel! It is prime location, very clean, has a nice ambiance throughout the entire day and ALL of the staff members are extremely hospitable. I chose to stay here at the advice of friends who had stayed at BeyEvi 5 years prior, were returning to Alacati and this hotel in particular on this trip with me. The current owner of the hotel, Merve, is exceptional on all levels...I had my first interaction with her at the time of booking and she was extremely accommodating and professional. She also assisted with helping us book restaurants/bars on short notice and arranged hair appointments at a lovely salon. She really is something else--she makes you always feel that you are a guest in her home giving you all the comfort and ease for a memorable holiday without a doubt making you want to come back. Mehmet & Niyaz who work there were so pleasant. The staff arranged for me to have an iron in my room as per my personal request, their smiles were always from ear to ear on their faces when I saw them during the delicious daily breakfasts at the hotel or while we hung out at the charming pool area for a drink and I really appreciate the kind gesture of the staff placing sweets in our rooms with a thoughtful message on the first day of the Eid Al-Adha which coincided during our stay. It was high season however the price was reasonable for your money's worth. Search no more...this is the place for you to book at...

We stayed in this hotel as two families as four children on the victim's holiday. We went with questions in our head because of the comments of the past, but we had a great holiday. There couldn't be better during the pandemic. A quiet and clean hotel. Seval lady and girls are very concerned. They are very suitable for all their pluss. Thank you very much for everything
