Check-in was a bit slow, but was nice of them to let us check-out later than 11am. Very nice rooms and I was hopping for better TV channel selections. The breakfast in the morning was ok. I was surprised at how small the plastic plates were. Can put anything. Other than that, it was very nice.
My wife and I found the location and the cleanliness to be great. However the only reason I would give this hotel a bad review is because of how thin the floors are. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the people from upstairs basically breathing. Other than the lack of sleep from the noise I would rate the cleanliness a 10, The location a 10, the Service a 10. Again great esthetics horrible build!
The hotel was better than we expected. It was clean and front desk ladies were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We will stay there in future if we need to.
The price is very high, close to O'Hare International Airport, the hotel's own parking lot is large and free. Close to the expressway entrance, will come again next time on business trip. Chicago is too cold in winter.
It seems that there is no breakfast, so it is a good hotel in the surrounding area. Because I need to print a lot of documents when meeting customers, they are all printed at the hotel. It is very convenient to have a computer and a printer.
Because I came to the United States to attend an exhibition, the exhibition was arranged in this hotel. The location is not in the city center, but the environment and facilities are well maintained. The Starbucks downstairs can be open until very late.
The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient!
Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier.
Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning.
I stop here frequently... Love this location, one of my favorites.... I am a truck driver and count on good service and amenities and this place checks all of the boxes

GGuest UserThe staff unfortunately didn’t provide much detail at check in, I had to ask after everything was said and done where exactly our room was and they had a hard time explaining that. Had to return as our booking for 3 adults in the room they only provided 2 towels. Didn’t advise any info about checking out just asked us to make sure we knew the TVs weren’t working in our room. Also needed to ask for more info on where the ice machine was, if a little map maybe had been provided or something to forgo the questions would’ve been helpful.
The room itself was tidy except for some bugs on the sheets on one of the beds which and been wiped into the sheet and then obviously not changed afterwards. Other a decent budget motel if you want to figure things out yourself.
GGuest UserI’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.
GGuest UserThe only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say
JJianruClaridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
JJourney Miles Away 4We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!
Nnabiki2The location near the airport and affordability were the pluses. On the surface the room appeared mostly clean but there are cockroaches running around in the evening. To stay for the one night when I had an early flight it was okay, but maybe I’d check out other locations nearby next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel is full of a row of golden elevators, as seen in the movie. It has very good East-Eastern characteristics. The service is very good. I will text me every day to ask if there is any demand. It ’s awkward to check out At the time, I originally agreed with me to check out late, but later said that I came to call IHG without confirming anything. The problem was solved. There is an Argentine restaurant on the top floor of the hotel to try the grill. Line and McDonald's
MMARC BURKSDon't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff. They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe
AAndriy LishchynskyyVery nice and friendly hotel. Beatiful views and convenient location. Within 5-10 minutes from mane attractions.
No hot meals for breakfast, just toasted bagels. Also, fruits, juice, milk, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, tea, coffee.
HHi there!Really liked this studio apartment! Equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is great, just stone throw away from the red line subway. Good support/response from the apartment staff too.
