The room was very clean and bright, with complete facilities, and the shower and hot water were excellent. The receptionist was warm, attentive, and handsome. I hope to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!
The hotel is very nice, the environment is very elegant and the facilities are very good. The restaurant waiter was very welcoming and the dishes were quite delicious. It is a pity that there is no breakfast, but the place to shop nearby is not far away.
If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to rest your head for the night, Motel 6 usually gets the job done. It’s not fancy, but it’s functional. The prices are reasonable, especially if you're on a tight budget or just passing through town.
Rooms are generally clean and straightforward—bed, bathroom, TV, and A/C. Don’t expect luxury, but most locations keep things tidy. I appreciate that they often allow pets with no extra charge, which is a huge plus for folks traveling with furry companions.
Staff friendliness can vary depending on location, but I’ve had more good than bad experiences. Check-in is usually quick, and they try to accommodate special requests when they can.
The biggest perk? You usually know what you’re getting. Whether it’s a small town or a city edge, Motel 6 tends to offer consistent value without surprises.
Overall, it’s a solid choice when you just need a clean room, a hot shower, and a good night’s sleep without breaking the bank.
Staff very friendly and attentive! Rooms were very clean and well kept. We have found our new halfway point for traveling to FL! Location is awesome and has a lot of restaurants nearby.
Exceeding expectations, this price can live the best, there is breakfast in the morning, so very good for this price, the deposit is 100 knives, the decoration is also very new
The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking
Good location, opposite the racing hall of fame, two blocks to the Hornets home. The front desk is welcoming and humorous, and many of the guests are very lively. The hotel offers free drinks in the evening. Breakfast is very rich and very good experience.
I didn't take pictures of the hotel room as we arrived at midnight, but it was clean and the service was good. There were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so life was very convenient. Most importantly, it's close to Duke University!
I was very impressed with the upgrades to the rooms. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the dining area when I went down for breakfast yesterday. The drink machine was not working and the front desk agent was not very friendly. She needs training in Customer service. My phone in my room didn't work so I has to keep going to the front desk for questions and concerns.
The hotel wasn’t very busy which was nice. You do have to pay to have a car parked there as an additional charge. They have a free happy hour and snacks every night which was very fun. Being there during the holidays affected the hours on some of the amenities.

NNotUrAvgGayGuyHotel is clean enough for the price paid. Easy check in. Area seemed to get a bit rougher at night than it seemed like it would... Overall a decent place to stay if you're looking for a no frills room to stay the night. Elevator is not working so be prepared to climb stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floors unless you're lucky enough to secure a 1st floor room.

EEverythingFirst door was jammed so I had to get another room. It was jammed also but I kept it because I needed it. There was vomit by my room but I guess the don't have cleaners at night so I woke up to seeing it too. Bugs are getting better. But the staff was kind.
JJulio JoseThe dirtiness of the property as well as the smells all around was a letdown but even in the room the floors were not properly cleaned.. you see clear dirt on the corners and the floors. Too much money for what it was
JJeffrey BurkeyRoom was showing a bit of wear and tear ( arrest stained and chairs with tears in upholstery). Service was ok. We had stayed here years ago and definitely down hill from then.
GGuest UserThe service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!
