Tidy rooms and hotel. Delicious and great breakfast.

Beautiful boutique hotel! It is extremely convenient for anyone who wants to be near the airport. Amazing staff. The only difficulty is that there is no on-site evening restaurant, nor any shops within walking distance. However, you can get Uber eats delivery food and Uber for any journeys. Check out is 10am, which seems very early and you have to pay extr for late check out. However, the rooms are amazing! A great choice for a peaceful escape... less perfect if you want to go out in evenings.

The hotel itself is not bad, clean, comfortable. I don't know how much the restaurant is part of the hotel, but the restaurant in the hotel is simply terrible, because at night in Johannesburg it is dangerous and it is not recommended to go anywhere in particular. On October 10, it was my birthday and we decided to have dinner at a local restaurant. The food they brought was incredibly disgusting. My friend ordered ramen, which almost immediately made her throw up, and other dishes, including steak, were terrible. That's how I celebrated my birthday.

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪
Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing.
I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool.
Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

Loved the new look! Found it to be contemporary and on par with where other leading hotels are going at this star level. I was surprised by the in-room fridge and found it to be a nice touch indeed. I also appreciated the plentiful connection points for charging my laptop and cell phone. The service is always good and many of the front-end staff call me by name as I enter, which is always a wonderful experience. Well done, guys. Wishing you well as you complete the revamp.

YYee San NelsonNot top of the line facilities but this is made up by easy location both to airport and downtown, as well as superb services.
No food is served however, and the stay could be frustrating at times when electricity brownout comes twice a day (not hotel's fault, it is a Joburg municipality issue).
Overall, agreeable experience for this stay and great value for the money!
