Very clean, modern hotel. Everything seems like it's brand new. King bed was super comfortable, highly recommend.
There was a male staff at the front desk who checked us in, we arrived around midnight, he was very friendly and spoke great english.
Location is about a 15 minute drive / taxi into the city centre (be warned of the chaotic roads!)

The garden was so beautiful. However, after checking in, I got on the elevator on the first floor from the underground parking lot and they changed my key to a better room, but it was a smaller corner room. I complained, but they didn't accept it because the room was already gone, and communication was difficult, so I gave up, but I was very dissatisfied. Who on earth did they give my room to? Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. A serene and quiet environment. The room was well allocated and the amenities were okay. The breakfast was buffet style with wonderful selection. Also has a restaurant where you can dine in or take out. The receptionist Elti went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, even borrowed me a charger because I forgot to bring my European socket. He also made sure my car rental was a smooth process.
I would pick this hotel again anytime I travel to Albania.

The service was good, the receptionist, staff and manager were very helpful during our stay. the facilities was clean, room were cleaned and tidied daily, different options of meal and styles of cooking at breakfast each day which we loved very much however the lunch meal was changed each day so if you are looking to have lunch at the hotel during your stay you wouldn't have much of an option. Also i would have appreciated a notice about the kids club and activities not available at certain time of the year as that was the main reason i chose Marbella.

SSusanOverall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely.
Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on.
Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied.
Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.

GGuest Userupreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing.
What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. Oorganic holidays and Zen lifehotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

GGuest UserHotel location is good and closed to restaurants and coffee shops , just take airport bus to city center and pay 400.00 then take a orange bus number 15 for 3 stations and then used your mobile GPS to lead you to the hotel . The hotel brand new and very very clean hotel . The room must give more attention for decoration . The breakfast is good too .
