What a great place to stay,just out of city centre but easy access in to town with a punctual and efficient tram and bus network. Originally booked the basic room (cheapest) upgraded when I got there and well worth the little extra with a balcony also. The staff were helpful and friendly and I look forward to returning pretty soon...

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. This hotel is easy to get to and it only 10 mins drive to the airport. There is parking around the hotel and I was charged €8 to park overnight. I didn’t see any options for a hotel bus shuttle and in a previous stay I paid €20 for a taxi to/from the hotel My room was quite big with lots of room. The room looks updated and modern and there was a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV (hardly any English speaking channels) work table, lounge chair and side table to relax in. The room had air conditioning with an old thermostat, you could hear the air conditioning running but even if it was on for a long time I didn’t feel the room getting any cooler. In fact I had to open the window in the evening to cool the room down, I was facing the busy motorway so there was a lot of road noise from the open window. The bathroom was a good size, with room to put toiletries at the sink and a good shower Wifi was available throughout the hotel and worked fine. The hotel does have a fitness room but I didn’t use it. The hotel does have a small mini market at reception that you can buy snacks. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel I only stayed one night and the restaurant was only doing a buffet dinner at that time. I arrived to eat barely 20 minutes after the restaurant opened, but the food presented looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours. The pork dish was oily, overcooked and chewy, the chips were a mixture of undercooked and overcooked and barely warm, the bread felt and tasted a couple of days old, the pasta was stodgy and the sauce was congealed. The salad, fruit and dessert options were fresh, but the selection was small. For the price of €20 I was disappointed I also had breakfast the next morning, it was €16, and again the food wasn’t that tasty and there was a limited selection Overall this hotel is clean comfortable hotel if you are staying before a flight, and I would stay here again, although I would be eating elsewhere

The staff at this hotel is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is not far from the old town area. It's a great choice for staying in Graz! In addition, the breakfast ingredients are carefully selected and worth trying!

The hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.

Terrific hotel and very nice staff. Hotel in City Center, close to restaurants and shopping. I forgot my Head Phones in the Hotel Room. The cleaning lady found them, and they sent them to me in Sweden. Great breakfast buffet! Comfortable beds and pillows. Very Clean. I’ve stayed before and will return to the same hotel if in Graz again. Everything good!

Resort located above the country, Schladming, with a beautiful view. My family and I have come every year for 6 years now and find ourselves always satisfied. The staff was very friendly and available, it was a pity that during the time I was the pool was not working because in restructuring. In conclusion, it is still a 4-star structure, excellent for excursions.

Like the dramatic modern paintings that adron white walls; chic sculptures decorating the courtyard, and the red bull influenced F1 artifacts in the lobby LOCATION: Lovely location in the fringes of old town, and easy access to all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Cool lobby level cafe and bar. Didnt try their restaurant to comment on. ROOM: We stayed in 201, so this review is based on that; The room is more of a mini suite that is fit enough even for long term residence with a Kitchenette, Microwave and a reasonable big refrigerator compared to what you might find in a normal hotel room; VIEW:Sweet view of the streets ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Nice spa quality cosmetics by HERBAL TREATS brand FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. This time it was a mistake. We originally planned to book Hallstatt, but instead booked this resort hotel by the lake. The scenery of the hotel is particularly beautiful. Standing on the balcony of the cabin, you can have a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. In the autumn morning, the air seems to be sweet, and I want to take a few more breaths every time I get up. The biggest highlight is that the hotel has a kitchen. In order to satisfy the Chinese stomach, we went to the supermarket to buy some food and cooked a few Chinese meals ourselves. It takes about 30 minutes to go to Hallstatt this time, so driving is convenient. I will choose this resort hotel for my next vacation.

The hotel is in a great location, being an easy walk to many tourist attractions. Our superior room was of ample size, but had lots of unused space. The full length windows opened onto a faux balcony which offered views of the clock tower, the nearby square and interesting buildings. The bathroom was small, but serviceable. As a Titanium Discovery member, I was given a nice plate of cakes, a bottle of water and a room upgrade. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pre-stay emails were responded to promptly, questions answered and requests granted. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of cold cuts, bread and bakery items, juices, food warmers with the usual offerings plus eggs to order.

The hotel is great. Kind staff. My room was proper. I spent my time there due to work. I could relax very well. I had breakfast in the price and it was really great to have these delicious meals before work. The hotel has a good placement. Everything is very close to it. If you choose this hotel for any purpose, you wont be dissapointed.

The counter is very friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast counter will ask what kind of coffee is needed, and the cleaning action is also very fast, but the cleaning staff did not find that the shower gel has been used up and has not been replaced.

5 stars get the location: a beautiful mountain view near the pen. But that was also with positive impressions, the rest was a disappointment. The rooms are minimalist/spartan - not even a empty refrigerator/minibar has gone into the room. The rooms remember a 1st-class hospital room rather than a quality hotel. The spa with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam bath would be pretty nice if it were served. I think microchildren with pampers have nothing lost in the sauna area. The whole afternoon, no one even comes to a checkout to clean the ground of dirt (hair hair hair sticks, .......). In my comment to the receptionist that I believe the steam bath is not optimally set (extremely long interval between the blasting of steam) she just said: there is only one button to turn on and the housemaster is on the Of course, no one there at weekend anyway. However, the biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Guests are asked to inform the reception whether they want to dine. I did. After I sat at the table for 15 minutes without having to make a order, I heard a couple complained on the side table that they would wait for their food for 45 minutes (from order). The server meant that. I don't speak German! I left the restaurant and went to the local center of dinner. I travel at least 150 days a year (international) and can't remember when I last time found such a weak 4-Sterne hotel.

We’ve been coming to this hotel since 2008 and it just gets better and better. The rooms, service and friendliness of all the staff and management are absolutely first class. We will book to come again a week later next year to enjoy the hotel and ski area. Then when the crowds arrive at the end of the week for the night races, soak up the atmosphere and change of tempo in the resort. Food, wine and service are absolutely on point at this hotel with an amazing spa-wellness area.

I booked this hotel for my service trip and I am absolutely enthusiastic. Here is everything quite right. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything. High speed Wi-Fi and a great bar invite to work or stay. The breakfast is rich and simply only classic. The super friendly team rounds out an excellent and pleasant stay here. Surely not my last visit here.

The location is on the outskirts of Graz. It is best to drive there. The room facilities are good, and everything should be available. If you go to check in on a non-working day, remember to call for the password and pick up the room card yourself.

I can only recommend the hotel warmest! The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was a dream. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even our dogs were thought and provided beds or snaps (without surcharge!!) For our daughter was a cozy grilled bed in which she was happy to sleep for the first time.
