The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

Olavo KochiGood morning! I was given a standard accessible room without requesting it. They could have at least informed me at check-in that the bathroom sink was clogged, but nothing was done. I requested two blankets, and they only provided them on the second request. Given the hotel's standards, these are simple details that need attention.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a legal view of the city.The breakfast offered by the hotel is a real delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is excellent, near important tourist points and with easy access to public transport.In addition, Windsor Brazil is highlighted by its commitment to cleaning and safety measures, which makes me feel very comfortable throughout the I recommend this hotel to all visit Brazil.

HANYONGThere is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.

Only 2 things disappointed me during my stay, room 315, the shower, the water had little pressure causing the shower to drip in some places and in others the shower to be very thin and weak, and the bed we booked was a queen-size, but the room had a double bed, our nights were not well slept.

caixetaDuring the second week at the hotel, I wanted to change rooms. They gave me an upgraded room, with a bigger TV, better curtains, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Excellent view from the room and terrace.
Breakfast is practically the same every day. Over time it becomes dull.
