I can only recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Davos. The location is super central, you only need a few minutes from Davos Platz to get there. The staff is really very friendly and helpful (especially Carla from the reception) and also the staff from the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are a little narrow, the terrace is very spacious and on the south side, we got great sun. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and left nothing to be desired.

A very lovely hotel in chur. Nice hotel, our room was mountain view, room spacious, hotel connected to shopping mall. The receptionist lady was very friendly and kind too. Wish we had more time to stay longer in chur and this hotel. Lovely city with lovely people. Will be glad to come back to this hotel on our bext visit to Chur.

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. Well equipped hotel with super service! Breakfast offer is great and the staff very friendly! I will come again with pleasure! The location is great, as it is right by the highway exit. Nevertheless, you do not hear the highway. It is very quiet and idyllic. You can hike to the Heidialp in 1.5 hours or in about 45 minutes to Bad Ragaz.

Great hotel in beautiful, natural location with parking facilities (cost). Wellness area with sauna and pool as highlight. Very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. A total excellent stay! ”

I rarely write reviews but after my stay I would like to share my experiences, even because I can't understand many of the positive reviews. What's good about the hotel is the location right next to the lifts and this location advantage is being exploited and unfortunately urgently needed renovations are being foregone. The breakfast is also good but not exceptional. The rooms are small and extremely noisy and extremely shabby. Carpeting, walls and furniture are stained and the rest of the furniture also needs to be replaced. The bathroom (or toilet with integrated shower) has been nicely renovated but is very narrow and cannot be heated nor does it have controllable ventilation. The rest of the hotel infrastructure is also apparently getting old. The hot water supply is inadequate, so we were lucky to have lukewarm water at peak times (between 1830 and 1930), but were only able to take cold showers twice. The staff is aware of the problem and the receptionist's recommendation was to shower in the spa (with room prices of around CHF 300 per night!!). The elevator broke down twice during our stay. It should also be noted that the hotel does not have its own WiFi and uses the community's open WiFi. The spa area is ok but has not been visibly renovated since my last visit about 15 years ago. Finally, apart from the bar area, which is quite clear, there is no seating, so you essentially have to rely on the small rooms. I cannot recommend the hotel and the price-performance ratio is not appropriate.

A clean and basic hotel. Which is quite easy to reach from the train station via a very efficient bus/tram ( runs every 10 minutes, catch the red one to get to the old town/station). The man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gave us our welcome drinks. Sadly the only food on offer was frozen pizza ( not his fault) so we ended up having Maccas next door which is not my favourite food. I am sure there were other nearby choices but it was getting late and this was a stop between 2 big train journeys so we didn't want to go far. Comfortable bed and good shower. Large balcony with views to the mountains behind the hotel. Quiet. Very weird that there was only 1 power point! In this day and age that is very poor as everything you use needs charging. If there was another power point it was impossible to find. Breakfast had a reasonable range of choices.

The walls are thick and there is no sound in the next room at all, and the restaurant next door is so I heard a little music, but I don't care. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and get to this hotel because the slope was hard in San Moritz. Since Google Maps taught me the road with stairs, it is difficult to climb from the stop, so I think it is better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful if the hotel has been renewed. I'm a little wondering who's the hobby of the interior of the wall?

Well, given some of the negative reviews and a mistake in our booking, I would say my expectations were rather low. But I’m happy to report that the hotel was really very nice, very clean, and all the staff members that we interacted with were very professional, pleasant and kind. We were originally booked into a 3.5 room apartment, but were changed to a connecting room in the hotel due to a booking error. While I can’t comment on the apartments, the hotel is really nice, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom does have limited privacy, so if that’s important for you, keep it in mind. The breakfast was good quality, with a nice selection of normal breakfast items. You can also order egg dishes if you wish, and I would say that the eggs are actually cooked properly. The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing/snowboarding. From our room we could see the gondola and the Wonderland ski area for kids. Because the hotel is in the Stenna building, there is a Coop grocery store in the same building, which was super nice to grab something from the store without even having to put on our coats. The spa was also really nice, with different steam room options. The only bit I didn’t love was the use of so many air fresheners in the hallway. Maybe just my taste, but I found it a bit strong. I could really recommend The Hide if you want to stay in Flims. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

As a transit point in and out of the mountains, this hotel in Chur is very suitable. The staff is enthusiastic, the service is professional, the sanitary condition of the hotel is very good, and the rooms are big enough. If it is a temporary one-night stay before going to the mountains, it is very suitable. The hardware conditions are average, but since it is a transit hotel, the requirements are not so high. As the first ancient city in Switzerland, Chur still has a special charm. It is good to spend half a day strolling around. In addition, the canton of Graubingen, where Chur is located, is highly recommended. So far, not many Chinese tourists go to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. There are Bernina Express and Glacier Express to sit, and you can also go to the origin of the Rhine to see the canyon and hike. Zurich is also convenient in the past.

While this hotel was acceptable with no deal breakers, I don’t believe it deserves a 4 star rating. Perhaps this was given due to its history and Michelin rated restaurants. Had it been rated a 3 star, I might have given it a better review. The good - staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station and well located in the historic center near shops and restaurants. The mediocre - the rooms, clean and sizable if you paid for it, but in no way special. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable with variety, but again, nothing special (croissants were fresh and delicious). The bad - while the hotel was generally clean, the carpet on the public stairs was kind of disgusting. No A/C anywhere. In July this could be a problem for some. The nights were quite pleasant and you could leave your window open if you don’t mind the noise. They do provide you with a floor fan, which was great for us Americans used to AC.

The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day. Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again. My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa. Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel? The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long. Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most. To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

It was lovely to choose Hilton Garden Inn Davos for our winter holiday. We chose this hotel for its great location and a convenient complementary shuttle to both Ski areas P****nn and Jakobshorn. The rooms are stylish, designed in alpin style and the hotel sauna area offers everything you need after a day spent on ski slopes. We enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant as well and I would personally like to thank Aneta and Sabrina, who took the greatest care of us and Georgias who gave us a warm welcome every time we came. This hotel staff really pays attention to every detail. We will be definitely back!

They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!

This was my second stay at the Seehof and it surpassed my expectations once more. Another great stay and skiing holiday. I wouldn't normally single out individuals as all the staff were great but I would like to commend Carlos (the waiter) who consistently offered exceptional service, displaying professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly demeanour that greatly enhanced my dining experience. Truly an asset to the Seehof Hotel. Please pass on my best wishes to Carlos.

We had a wonderful stay at Grischa - das Hotel last weekend. Our junior suite was spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is good and Leonto Sushi restaurant is a star itself. We're looking forward to our next stay at Grischa

When I was there in June, a room with breakfast cost about 75 francs. For this price it is class !! Centrally located, the restaurant is better than it looks!! Very good food. It's worth taking half-pension. And in the whole city including Döner Shop there was not so cheap beer 🍺 .

Very comfortable, clean hotel in a great, quiet but accessible location. The staff is very nice and professional staff and the break was very good and came with smiley staff. Nice plus with the saunas, pool and overall spa area. Overall a great short stay!

The hotel is in the heart of the city, and the hotel is in the heart of the city, and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Old hotel at the deco very old and strange. Arrived to the room, my god, what horror. Thick walls like cardboard, you hear all. Scalled paintings and room and bathroom crashed. Visite du ”spa”...a piscine d'eau froide et un sauna fermé (un type très désagréable qui passait m'explique sur un ton ferme que je dois réserver mon entrée au sauna pour y aller). After a day on the trails and having passed 300km by car, we decide to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ask the reception a cheese-future, and we are answered (even a cold in a very unpleasant way) that they do not do this here....decisively, it continues...We are going out of this bad hotel to find a good restaurant where we can The hotel is very comfortable and welcome. The walls are very fine, like paper, no isolation, impossible to rest. I decide to call the reception after having patiented 1 h anyway. The receptionist told me they're going to make noise all night and what's to do with. I'm over and I just want to be able to sleep, impossible, mix with earlocks. This night tape will continue until 3h30 a.m.!!!! A shame!!! In the morning, after sleeping just a few hours, we can't have a very bad breakfast in this hotel, and then I ask the manager to explain my dissatisfaction when check out. His answer: ”Ah? We have made noise? Really?” I ask you, it's surprised. In short, we're kidding the world, No excuse, no commercial gesture. I never been in such a bad hotel. To ever escape. The hotel has a nice hotel, and it is a good hotel.
