I recently stayed at the New East China Hotel during a transit through Xiamen and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay. The rooms are basic but clean, which met my needs perfectly. Check-in was very quick and efficient, which was appreciated after a long flight. Despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noise at all, making for a restful night. The convenience of the hotel’s pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport was a major plus, adding to the stress-free experience. If you want to venture into town or visit Walking Street, it’s easy to get a Didi from the hotel. Given its convenience and overall good service, I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I need to transit through Xiamen.

Great location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

I chose this hotel to spend the weekend with my husband and celebrate my birthday. And I can say that I was not mistaken with my choice: -good location, -very clean room, -pleasant service. I especially liked this stunning view from my room On my birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel, which was also very nice. I recommend it!

I stayed here on an overnight layover from Chongqing to Taiwan. The hotel was walking distance from the airport and very convenient. I arrived very late at night and check in was not a problem! Quick and easy and the staff were lovely. The room was huge, and the bed was comfortable. All the normal amenities you’d expect were provided and the toiletries smelled great. Would recommend staying for a long layover

Absolutely fantastic stay, prices for this hotel were cheaper when I booked and so I splurged a bit on a place otherwise above budget for me. You never know whether it’ll be worth it but this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was upgraded to an even better room than initiallyyy booked for free, with plenty of additional complementary amenities. Coffee and tea were replaced every day in my room, breakfast buffet was delish (do try the noodles!). Second floor self-service cafeteria was such a fun addition to take my coffee with me before leaving for a day of exploring Xiamen! Excellent location, kind staff. Would love to return if I come back to Xiamen!

Here, I deeply feel the thoughtful service and thoughtful arrangement of the receptionist, which makes me full of gratitude and praise for this hotel. Whether in check-in or answering my various questions, she has shown a high sense of professionalism and responsibility. This sincere service makes me feel warm, as if I were at home. Secondly, I was also impressed by the overall service of the hotel. From the cleanliness and brightness of the lobby to the comfort and warmth of the room, every link shows Hilton's high-quality standards. The enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff made me feel the warmth of home. Whether at breakfast time or when you go back to your room at night, you can see their busy figures and provide guests with meticulous services. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the Huli Torch High-tech Development Zone in Xiamen City. It is very convenient to go to Xiamen Railway Station or Xiamen North Railway Station. And there are many well-known enterprises and scenic spots around, which provide great convenience for business travelers and tourists. I stayed at Yijia Apartment for a night as my onward connecting domestic flight was postponed to the next day and I needed to stay somewhere near the airport. This hotel checked all the boxes. It was a 9 rmb didi ride from the airport, and the owner kindly took myself and another traveler back to the airport for free the next morning. The room and facilities are fairly basic but entirely adequate. As I was tired I didn't eat out that night, but there's a convenience store just opposite I could buy water and instant noodles. When being deposited by Didi, from the main road go up the rise to the right and the hotel is just around a corner on your left. I went walking and there are beautiful green areas along the main road to enjoy (pictured), even though the weather was very warm and humid, still enjoyed.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

Location was great as it’s on Zhongshan road, however the place is quite old and cleanliness could be better. Other than that, no complaints

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well. What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

The hotel is very spacious with very complete and comfortable facilities. Apart from that, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Fuzhou Airport and vice versa. Very suitable for travelers who want to transit here.

First time in China and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Safe, comfortable and location was in between everything. Staff were friendly and happy to help in planning trips and advice. Thanks to Vicky and Chris for showing us Fujian hospitality! Gym was spacious with a comfortable changing room, didn't use the pool but it looked good from the outside. Breakfast quality was decent but the Chinese food from the streets opposite was much better. Overall, highly recommended to stay here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and perfect for my family of three, providing us with all the comfort we needed. Additionally, the location was excellent, offering great value for the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Location is excellent, right next to Exit B of Dongjiekiu tube station. Super convenient to walk around tourist spots and plenty choices of restaurant (both Chained store inside shopping mall and stand-alone on the street). Family room faces residential buildings so very quiet. All amenities are also good, just that the mattress is too soft for us.

No drop off point in front of hotel so getting on and off a cab (especially with luggages) can be challenging when traffic is busy. Loft is spacious and clean while A/C works well and shower has ample hot water. Note that bathrooms are enclosed with part frosted glass and part clear glass which might not be suitable for some traveller types.

What an Amazing Resort this is indeed! You need to experience this resort for yourself to understand the professional assistance you get from the staff working at the resort... they even offer you a change of pillows to make your nights sleep better, we definitely made use of this option! The resort is on the beach no need to walk far to reach the beach, also a lot of fun activities to do inside the resort. Will most certainly visit this resort again... They get a full star rating from me 谢谢 to the staff of this resort!

Got an upgrade to junior suite, which was fantastic! Room very spacious and spotless clean. Breakfast with many choices, Asian/Chinese and Western buffet. Located only 2 minutes from metro station Chating (line 1), so very convenient to commute to train station (20 minutes) and old town (8 minutes). Would definitely choose it again for business in Fuzhou👍

The location is really good. The red line of the subway is right under the department store next door. You don’t have to change lines to go to Shangxiahang and Yantai Mountain. They are all on the red line. The room is very clean, the curtains are electric, and the service at the counter is very enthusiastic. I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable. The private restaurant on the 18th floor can see the entire three lanes and seven alleys. It has a super big round table and the service is very good. I will choose to stay here again next time.

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

We were welcomed by the Osmanthus/GuiHua smell while we first stepping into the lobby. The smell was so good that ease our mind. Of course the lobby, the room interior is great! I love it! The TV also provide the nearby tourist spot and its introduction. Customer service is excellent especially Xiao Liu, who provided us many suggestions and guides for our day trip. It was really great help. She is also very caring, each time we pass by the lobby, we were greeted and reminded by her the temperature has dropped, make sure we has enough covered.

The price of this hotel is very reasonable compared the location it's set, lots of visitors favorite spots are closed by. The selling points of this hotel are the super friendly and helpful front desk personal, whenever you need help they will do their best,Mr Mo stand out from the group. The breakfast are very tasty with multiple choices from Chinese to Western style. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to visit Quanzhou again.

Staying at the Xiamen Airlines Hotel in Quanzhou is a wise decision for me during this trip. First of all, the hotel is a hotel owned by Xiamen Airlines. If I have the opportunity to come to Quanzhou again in the future, I will definitely choose Xiamen Airlines first.

Well located near Donghu Lake, the hotel is close to a few other tourist attractions such as Xijie pedestrian street. The staff were well-mannered and eager to provide information needed to get around town. I especially appreciated that the hotel hung colored strips near the front desk with written directions to most famous places on them for the visitors. Breakfast was great with both western and Chinese styles of food. Will recommend it to others.
