This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

I think this hotel is probably the best in Lanzhou, truly perfect for everyone to stay at. 😍😍😍 First, from the very beginning of check-in, as soon as you arrive by taxi 🚖, the hotel's shuttle staff will enthusiastically open the car door for you and guide you to the check-in lobby. Secondly, when checking in, there are welcome drinks with many choices, but I think the sour plum juice is the best, it's delicious, sweet and sour, and if anyone wants a hot drink, the hotel will even heat it up for you, which is really thoughtful. 🥹 Second, the breakfast here is also incredibly rich and delicious 😋, with a wide variety of options. Signature Lanzhou dishes like beef buns and Lanzhou beef noodles, along with many other local specialties, are all freshly prepared on-site, making them safe and reliable. The chefs 🧑‍🍳 are also very kind and friendly. Third, the hotel rooms are excellent. This time, we booked a twin room and a king room. Both of these allowed us to see our 'Mother River,' the Yellow River, directly through the floor-toceiling windows. We could also see people riding sheepskin rafts and speedboats below through the window. (Of course, we tried both of those ourselves). Fourth, the location is very convenient. Directly opposite the hotel is a park, and if you walk further left into the Waterwheel Park, you can find speedboats and sheepskin rafts to ride, which is where we took ours. There's also a shopping mall nearby, which was great. Finally, when we checked out, a very kind bellhop helped us take our luggage to the car and even gave us a farewell gift. Overall, this hotel is impeccable.

This was my first stop in China and I’m so happy that I stayed in Dunhuang at Baibaili Hotel. I was looked after so well, the hospitality of the staff extended many times for several necessities and I’m touched by their hospitality. This will for a very long time, be my remarkable first impression of China, its people and their culture. The location is perfect if you want to stay a bit further out from town and enjoy the silence of being closer to the desert and the stunning design of the place. Beautiful and comfortable room, all the final touches refined every day and after 24 hrs of travelling; a generous fruit and snack plate that grounded me sweetly into Dunhuang upon arrival and farewelled me just after mid-autumn with a beautiful moon cake. For this trip to the Northwest, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at both the beginning and end. We stayed in two different rooms for a total of three nights, and it was very comfortable. Returning the car was also convenient. The hotel even upgraded our room type and provided free breakfast for our child. The hotel's beef noodles were delicious, and the freshly squeezed juice was very refreshing.

I have to give a perfect score for my business trip stay! It was raining and the temperature dropped in Lanzhou on the night of my check-in, but luckily the hotel service completely saved the bad weather. Initially, the hot water in my room on the 48th floor wasn't hot enough, so I contacted the front desk to switch to another room on the same floor. The duty manager, Mia, showed me other rooms on the same floor and tested the water temperature. When she found that none of them met the standard, she arranged for me to move to the 36th floor. She even pre-tested the water temperature in the new room and helped me move all my luggage. The whole process was efficient and gentle, truly making me feel at home. I highly commend such professional service and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Lanzhou!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The overall environment was clean and quiet, with excellent natural light and views, and the room was spotless. All necessary amenities were provided, so there was no need to buy anything extra. The smart home design was a pleasant surprise; I could control all the devices with just my voice, which was incredibly high-tech and made my stay relaxing and comfortable. The owner was exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive, always available whenever I needed help – truly thoughtful and reliable.

I booked a double room with a river view, and you can indeed see the river and the bridge from there. The bed in the room was moderately comfortable, and the hygiene was good. The hotel's location is excellent, especially for those traveling by car, as it's not far from the highway exit and has an above-ground parking lot. If you turn right out of the hotel, you'll reach the Yellow River. Since it's not a major tourist spot, it's less crowded, and enjoying the breeze by the river is very pleasant. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross an intersection, you'll find a 'carb heaven' with several delicious eateries like Chuntai Shouzhua, Jinqiang, Mogouyan Beef Noodles, Guoyi Beef Noodles, and Fangha. There are also charging stations nearby. It's a bit of a distance from Zhongshan Bridge, about a 10 RMB taxi ride.

Longnan Wudu's Top Choice: Xingchao Grand Cloudland International Hotel 📍 **Location:** Conveniently located near highway exits, making it very easy for self-driving guests. The routes to Guano'egou and Wanxiang Cave are smooth. 🏠 **Rooms:** The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness details are a plus, with toiletries and towels individually packaged. Given the dry climate in the Northwest, the room's humidification system works very well. 🍳 **Breakfast:** Deserves special praise! It offers a complete selection of Chinese and Western dishes. In addition to regular breakfast items, they also provide authentic local specialties. 🏊 **Amenities:** Features a heated indoor swimming pool and a gym, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. It's also suitable for family trips. Overall, this is a high-standard hotel in Longnan. It's well-suited for business, tourism, and family travel. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wudu!

Finally got to experience the highly anticipated star tent, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! I was initially worried that tent accommodations would be basic, but each one was a standalone unit with a private bathroom, separate wet and dry areas, 24-hour hot water, and quality toiletries. The tent itself was spacious, the large bed was incredibly soft, and you could open the skylight to stargaze. We could clearly see the Milky Way with the naked eye at night. Each tent was spaced far apart, ensuring maximum privacy and no worries about noise. Our butler was always on call, proactively bringing mosquito repellent and hot drinks, and breakfast featured fresh local specialties. During the day, we enjoyed the mountain/desert views from the deck, and in the evening, we waited for the sunset. It was incredibly relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for both couples and those looking for a short getaway. Highly recommend!

Let me say that the most satisfying thing about this trip on the Qinggan Line is this hotel. The personal feeling is more comfortable than the five-star Qinghai Lake Guanhu Hotel! ! There is a balcony for washing clothes, the room is huge, not depressed and super comfortable, I don’t get up until 10 o’clock every day, the two babies are very happy to play, and the drinks are free to drink every day. Finally, I have to focus on praise! ! The boss is so super good. The baby's feet were crooked on the first day. The boss went to help the baby buy medicine. The boss's mother also helped the baby deal with the feet. The next day, it was a lot better. It was a really super kind family. You must live in Dunhuang! ! ! If you have a baby, you can cook wontons for the baby when you get up late, 200 likes! ! ! Highly recommended.
