Best summer vacation and well protected away from the heat and rain. Trip.com has the best variety of room and package selection. We picked planet room which is higher floor with firework view We checked in around noon. We received messages around 330pm for our room got ready. Early access 9am to the theme park is a great advantage. We are very impressed with the quality of the aquarium and animals are in very good condition. We had a great time.

We had an amazing stay!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and showers were also well equipped. It’s right outside fumin metro station and it’s close to coco park too! In the morning I asked where we can go to have breakfast. It was before 7 am so the staff said they would send the breakfast up to our room and it was delivered fresh within 5 minutes. This hotel is great and we will come again!

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and found it very convenient – just a 1-minute walk from Guangzhou Tianhe East Railway Station. There’s a large department store right across the street, which makes it easy to find food or do a bit of shopping. The reception staff may not speak English fluently, but they efficiently use mobile translation apps to assist with any needs. The room was clean, with new furniture, which I appreciated. However, despite the hotel using strong diffusers throughout, I could still detect a lingering cigarette smell in the room, which was a bit bothersome for a non-smoker like me. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again!

The location is quite convenient and surrounded with whatever you’re thinking of. Reachable to malls and Luohu port, 20 minute walk. Near Line9, and line 1. Essential amenities are provided. The decoration of the hotel looks modern and minimal, good sense. Recommended and I will be back next time.

We went Yuwenchuen hot spring for celebrating birthday. The hotel did some simple decorations in our room. The concierge staff are all friendly and helpful. There are many different types of hot spring, eg herbal, salt, wine, coconut milk spring etc. that you should try. Our package came with some fireworks and games coupons. We didn’t buy the buffet dinner as we visited other places and dined outside. Suggest you to visit Jin Tai Si 金台寺、ya men 崖门海戰文化中心、old street 旧街。

Guests are warmly welcomed with an exquisite reception, including a complimentary Champagne service beginning at 6:30 PM—an elegant touch that enhances the overall experience for house guests. Comfortable bed, great rooms, outstanding location. Staff goes out of their way to help. Our room had some smoke smell and the staff did not hesitate to move us to another room with an air purifier, which greatly improved the situation. Unfortunately in the evenings the smell had come back (perhaps it was due to some neighbours smoking in their rooms). The rooms actually had really good sound proofing but I think we were a bit unlucky that our neighbours were having a really good time (🤭😉🤭) for a few hours in the middle of the night (~2am - 4am) so that disturbed our sleep a little bit. But honestly I think no 5 star hotel would be able to sound proof that level of screaming happiness. Overall considering the circumstances we would definitely stay here again.

- Big rooms, including separate living/sleeping areas. - Close to tourist attractions. - Friendly service. - Downside is the lack of smoking restrictions in common areas (within hotel) and impolite behaviour of certain guests such as leaving room doors open, exposing unsightly personal activities.

Spent our time on this rainy weekend at the Penguin hotel. Buffets available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or other dining options available. Easy access to Ocean Kingdom. You can shuttle to the other hotels, Spaceship, and even cross-border buses available. Check in line was long but efficient. Rooms are very kid-friendly. Not a lot of spoken English but they didn’t lack in customer service. They had a separate space for group check-in. Just beyond that area a cabin for online food orders. Many shops too.

First time at hotel and this place service are outstanding especially the concierge services, the guys were truly amazing and very helpful, one of the best. Room was good, had the view of the shopping areas, seeing people moving about. I do daily exercise and went to gym room, it was neat with good exercise machines but I was disappointed at the cleanliness which must say is quite poor and bad for this standard of hotel. I know the swimming pool is out of used but gym was allowed and there was no one at the receptionists area and there was 4 treadmills but one was broken, have no idea if the management is aware of it. Then in one of the treadmills there are holders for bottles and someone must have finished their breakfast or what and after having fruit they things the fruit waste inside the water holder and the used towels was everywhere on the bench and table. Clearly no one was cleaning it. I stayed for 2 days and 2nd day went guessed what the fruit waste was still in the treadmills holder and it was rotten away so it is true to my understanding no one is cleaning even though there is a cleaning lady, LOL it must be just there for display and no action. Plus the water machine can be used but no cups to use, i wondered if guests is supposed to use their hands for holding water. Then there is the towel, there are only a few small exercise towels outside the receptionist area and there was small swimming large towel i asked the cleaner if they had small ones, she days no, well am thinking why leave large towels when you only have gym room. Well apart from the gym I think it is a great hotel. Plus do clean the gym room.

We are happy groups of guest from sg. Check in is easy, location is convenient to mtr, many food near by. Rooms is spacious n service is good. Will come back next time.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

We (3 adults) booked a family suite with a living room and two bedrooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities however are relatively limited, with no swimming pool, gym or spa. Breakfast is included in our package. The food is good though lacking in variety.

No complaint at all, reasonable price with excellent service. Location makes exploring Dongmen laoji within walking distance. Subway exit F is just a few steps from the Service apartment. The only drawback was no elevator going up 3 set of steps at the exit to street level making carrying luggage a challenge. The gymnasium on level 9 was well equipped. We will consider staying at the CM+ again.

Great hotel. Big rooms and good quality for great price. However, the breakfast was terrible!!! Everything was bold and selection was not great! A big criticism of mine. Need more western options. Fantastic it was so near to the ski resort which is what we came for. Great food nearby and a great nightclub right next to the hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. True to the picture. Our room is lake front with balcony. No noise from construction site. The service from the staff is excellent. A bit new menu update for the breakfast for our 2 days stay. Locationwise, it is off of everything, and takes about 10 mins walk to the mall. Generally it’s very valued for money.

The hotel was good, I saw many reviews about cockroaches and other insects about cleanness but maybe that was before. I saw that it was clean and ok as shown in the photo. The location is excellent and a master location. Metro, Bus, Cab, Restaurants, Shopping, Everything is within 10min walking distance. For Muslims, there is a 5-minute walking distance of Halal restaurants (Name: Radhuni China) and washrooms also have hand showers which is rare in any other hotels in China. Problems:- No one knows English. Google Translate, even in the offline version, does not work. (Try i-translate instead) No washroom or restroom in the reception area, Check-in time is after 2 PM, and all you can wait. Credit cards do not work almost everywhere, Try to use Alipay by adding your card. Apple Pay does not work, Better if you withdraw cash from an ATM. For Taxi use DiDi you will get half of the price then local taxi driver will ask for. If you bring any parcel you need to find from ton of parcel, better to ask for the parcel photo before sending.

Satisfied for this hotel, big room and cleaned! Comfortable bed and pillow deep sleep for me and family. Convenient place, surroundings restaurants, free shuttle bus pick up from airport this is the extra points!

The Chimelong Hotel is a great hotel with beautiful surroundings, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, excellent restaurant offerings, and top-notch hotel services. The guest service manager Shelley Liu is hospitable, she is very helpful and proficient in English to help solve problems, providing excellent service. The hotel is nearby Canton Fair and arranges shuttle buses back and forth, which is very convenient. I am very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities ,look forward to staying again.

Thank to the front staff who’s check us in early. Upgraded to elegant room instate. The room is newer according to the staff: Hotel have massage service which I find is convenient. You also can have dim sum next door. Not bad the location. About 10 min walk to Beijing Road. Hotel staff is helpful to check on relevant information about night cruise. Due to bad weather we can’t book any night cruise. Lastly I will be back again to Canton, good food and shopping.

This is the second time I stayed here. We stayed here because going ski. The staffs here are all fantastically great. Super helpful. They even upgrade us to the lake side room. Everything u need included in the room. The fridge not cold enough. But the staff so nice will bring me bucket of ice every night. We stayed here for 4 nights. Highly recommended. Next time I might try their other two hotels. One small issue is they have a construction site outside It was here last Dec I came and it’s still here. It might have some noise at night and morning. Not non stop noise. But might have few big pound.

they give free shuttle to the airport, my flight was at 7am, we left at 5am. the location is very near to the baiyun aiport, quite far from beijing lu area. have to go up a few stairs at the entrance, i had to carry my luggages myself.

This CityNote hotel is situated just 5 minutes casual walk to the bustling Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and about 10+ minutes walk to Beijing Lu Metro station. Hotel check-in reception is located on the 6th floor with a cosy reception area with tables and chairs for meals and relaxation. Hotel guests can have their Bfast, lunch & dinner here. Very friendly staff, can understand basic English. There is a 7-11 shop just across from the hotel if you need to stock up on groceries. Eateries and restaurants are available on the street level of the hotel and it's surroundings. There are even push carts selling local food on the street from 10pm daily onward till late if you are hungry unless the police come to chase them away. Room for twin sharing with 2 single beds is acceptable but take note the toilet shower are separated by glass instead of solid wall from the rest of the room. Washing Basin is located outside of the toilet shower room.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhuhai Gongbei and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms, though not very large, were spotless, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of tasty options, catering to different preferences. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Zhuhai Gongbei provided excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is great option! You can easily arrive, it is in front of the Macao board and train station. You always have a taxi to go wherever you want to go. The front desk is always available to help you. Have a good communication using wechat and a team with good English language speakers.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.

A peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and wish to help. My wife and I have late arrived to check-in at about 2:00am, but Rita who is the receptionist still very nice to offer a free upgrade room and extend our check-out time to the 6:00pm next day. These made us appreciated and have more time to enjoy the staying. The room is big and everything is clean in the room, the hotel also have the best sightseeing of Macao! Wonderful day!

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !
