HHefurennengnengThis hotel, located on Sandaogai Street, boasts an amazing location right off Central Avenue. Whether you want to see the streetscape, river views, or St. Sophia Cathedral, it's all within easy walking distance! Honestly, as a Harbin university student from 2003, this is the first time in over 20 years I've seen Central Avenue deserted in the early morning! It was a truly unique experience. The hotel itself is a classic European-style building, and the public areas, breakfast, and decor are all excellent. The only real drawback is the small room size, but considering its prime location in the Central Avenue business district, it's still very good. For this price, location, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely superb. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying and fueled me up! The service was exceptional – truly genuine and thoughtful, much more personalized than the standard procedures you find in larger hotels. My only minor complaints are that the gym is pretty abysmal and almost negligible, and since this was a last-minute trip, for some reason they assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway, which felt a bit odd!!!

GGuest UserThis hotel has a beautiful overall environment, and my stay was fantastic. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, especially the front desk, who responded promptly to all requests. They offered polite greetings, and the concierge service was warm and welcoming, treating guests like close friends and family. I never felt any disconnect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency, along with attention to detail in all aspects, made for an absolutely perfect travel and accommodation experience. I truly recommend it and will definitely be back!

DDitbanThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent, right near a charming specialty street with tons of delicious food options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the soft water was a delightful surprise. The breakfast was incredibly refined and truly stunning. The staff were warm and their smiles were like a spring breeze, making us feel very comfortable. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!
MMuzixiaotuThis is the biggest hotel I've stayed in for this price point. I love the hotel's style – it's very photogenic, the ambiance is great, and the service is excellent. Special shout-out to Sally Zhang, the executive lounge concierge, for her incredibly thoughtful and wonderful service! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Aside from being a bit pricey, I have no other complaints. I'll definitely come back when I have more money. The breakfast is super thoughtful, serving until 1 PM, and afternoon tea is from 2 PM to 8 PM. The hotel's scent is also lovely. They used to have late-night snacks, but not anymore – I highly recommend bringing them back permanently! Also, the toiletries used to be small bottles you could take home, but now they've switched to large bottles that can't be taken. 😭

GGuest UserAs the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique.
The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way.
However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous.
The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery.
There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient.
There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.

AAnonymous UserThe room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!
GGuzi114After arriving at Harbin West High-Speed Rail Station, I followed the signs for taxis and took one to the vicinity of Sunac City Mall, where I easily found the hotel entrance. Before I even got out of the car, a handsome staff member was already there to greet me and help with my luggage. At the front desk, three lovely ladies greeted me with polite smiles, asking for my reservation name and other details. When I presented my ID for check-in, the sweet Mandy tentatively asked if I'd be interested in a room upgrade and how that would work. A special shout-out to Mandy for noticing we had two children during check-in; she thoughtfully gifted us two small presents and two days' worth of breakfast for my older child (who is over 120cm tall) ❤️. She also made sure to inform housekeeping to send up two disposable bath and toilet sets! Another commendation to the housekeeping staff who warmly provided us with two pairs of children's slippers and a pack of bottled water! As southerners, it was both touching and impressive to see a hotel so generously provide a whole pack of water to the room for the first time. Mandy would proactively greet us politely every day and ask if we needed any help, offering excellent suggestions for our 4-day, 3-night self-guided tour (the Northeastern spicy hotpot and BBQ are truly delicious!). I also want to praise the hotel's daily freshly cooked noodle section, including beef offal noodles and other varieties; the fresh toppings were flavorful and appetizing, and the staff were all enthusiastic, patient, and polite! My child said every day that they didn't want to leave and wanted to stay longer, wanting to return here next time! The hotel's bedding and soundproofing were excellent, and the blackout curtains were fantastic, ensuring our family, after a day of 'special forces'-style walking tours, could get a full night's rest every evening! The shower pressure was strong, and the bathroom's non-slip and drainage were spot on. The unrestricted access to electricity cards, allowing the room to remain well-ventilated, was a great touch! In short, satisfaction guaranteed!

The amenities are comprehensive, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very meticulous and provide excellent service, paying attention to every detail. They even helped me buy a few things late at night, which I really appreciate.

Ggood84dwExcellent Location and Wonderful Service.
I would especially like to thank the tall gentleman wearing glasses who assisted us at the front desk during check-in. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us
.
Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant.
The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar.
We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel.
