My stay this time was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced all the hotel facilities and local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and there was plenty of hot water. For this price, to get such an environment and service, it's really great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends!

Wyndham Garden Hotel is truly a hidden gem! As soon as I walked in, I was drawn in by the warm atmosphere. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient with check-in, and any requests were promptly addressed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all, which made for perfect sleep. The hotel's breakfast was also outstanding, but most importantly, their service is truly exceptional. They even offer discounted tickets! Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are impeccable. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

This time when I went back to my hometown, I didn't want to stay at home, so I just looked at the luxury list online. Our Panlong Villa Hotel was only more than 200 yuan, so I booked it. As expected, I was not disappointed. The rice noodles I took home were very comfortable and tasted very authentic. The food tasted good too. The room was better than I expected. Although Panlong has been around for a long time, the items in the room are well maintained, and you can see the star quality. The environment outside is also very good. I asked the waiter, and the catering is being upgraded, and the guest rooms will also be upgraded. As a Xiangtan native, I am really happy to see that my hometown is getting better. I will come again next time and bring my family with me. When I come again, my children will probably be very excited to see the musical fountain.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The location is extremely convenient, right near Pozi Street, which makes it perfect for anyone who enjoys nightlife. The room was very comfortable, and the personal butler was thoughtful and helpful, sharing all the accommodation details via WeChat. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The rooms feature smart toilets, bathtubs, and showers. Even the hair dryers are from good brands. The decor is luxurious with attention to detail. Cleanliness: Very clean, with excellent attention to detail, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. Location: It's right next to the Wulingyuan scenic area's iconic gate, less than a three-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. Service: The staff's attitude was excellent and very thoughtful. The attentive butler service provided many helpful travel tips, making it very friendly for tourists. Travel photography/Costume experience: The costumes were of good quality and very clean, with options for both adults and children. Taking photos right in the lobby was also very convenient and not tiring at all. Plus, receiving all the original photos was a thoughtful touch. Luxury afternoon tea: It was very exquisite, just as pictured, and you could even customize it to your preferences. It was delivered every evening, and there was always more than we could eat.

The location is a bit distant from the main area.  It’s walkable and pretty on a nice weather, but will be unpleasant if it were raining or hot.  The room is nice with good fixtures.  Windows are thick and pretty sound proof.  Water pressure in the shower is weak.  Overall the stay was comfortable.  Because of the location, you cannot take public transportation to the hotel.  However, if you are concerned about breaking your luggage wheels, this hotel is not far from a main road so you won’t need to wheel your luggage on stone road too much.

Came to Zhangjiajie, but a heavy fog obscured the views. However, this hotel and the Charming Xiangxi show provided 80% of the fun! The hotel environment is excellent, and the staff are incredibly dedicated. The lobby is very relaxing, with berry tea and roasted sweet potatoes; sitting around the charcoal fire, I almost fell asleep. The sofa, bed, and pillows in the room are all very comfortable, and it was lovely to enjoy a beer with the mountain view from the room. It's an 8-minute walk to both Charming Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They even specially arranged for the chef to come back and cook a steak for me in the evening. Highly recommended! This must be one of the top tourist hotels in Zhangjiajie.

Traveling to Changsha, I booked this hotel. The interior environment is quite good. The lobby has a pleasant tea fragrance, and the room is relatively spacious. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. They enthusiastically introduced the hotel's gym and laundry room. It's also very convenient to get a taxi right outside, and the hotel even offers free Didi discount coupons. There's a convenience store and restaurants right next door, which is quite nice.
