They also kindly upgraded us to the 360 degree view room, which was incredible. I posted the view from the terrace, really lovely to wake up to this view every morning.
The one thing I would say is bring an eye mask. With all the lovely big windows it does get pretty bright early in the morning. It didn't bother us since we had to wake up early to visit the park.
Overall I'd say it was perfect and pretty much everything we could've wanted"

"This is the best hotel! It seems to be family-run, and everyone is incredibly friendly.
The location is about a 5-minute drive from the South Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The area around the accommodation is a quiet village with a tranquil atmosphere. The clean, white hotel building stands out beautifully among the older surrounding structures!
I was worried that there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel lobby sold simple drinks and alcoholic beverages, and we could also order dinner. It was incredibly delicious and offered great value for money.
There's a spacious communal terrace on the building, and the view from there was superb! So, one day we decided not to go sightseeing but to relax at the accommodation and truly enjoy a 'hotel-cation'."

Guest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing attentive service. They offer free laundry service, which is fantastic – you don't have to worry about it yourself; your clean clothes are delivered right to your room. The breakfast was excellent and varied, with different dishes every day. The braised pork with preserved vegetables was delicious, and the dry-pot chicken was also exceptionally tasty. The chef was very kind and lovely. ❤️
The afternoon tea and late-night congee were also delicious and exquisitely prepared. Plus, the hotel is only a two-minute walk from the landmarks, which is super convenient! 👍

CameliaCWe had a great stay in the duplex room at this hotel. The room was lovely. All staff were wonderful and very helpful. Even before we arrived, they were able to help us out with any queries we had for visiting the area.
They booked our tickets in advance for Zhangjiajie national park and Tianmen mountain (even though we were moving to another hotel to be nearer Tianmen mountain at the end of our trip). They were also able to provide us with a good itinerary for those visits.
They also have a cute family of cats and kittens living on their roof garden at the moment!
Would highly recommend staying there.

Guest UserI originally just booked a room, but ended up inviting friends for a spontaneous KTV session at the hotel. It was a fantastic experience! The KTV room had excellent ventilation, so it never felt stuffy or smoky. The large screen had clear picture quality, and the microphones had plenty of battery life. The selection of snacks and drinks was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable with no hidden markups. The soundproofing was exceptional – absolutely no worries about disturbing other guests. The service was attentive; they greeted us warmly when we arrived and left, and any minor equipment issues were immediately addressed and fixed. The environment was comfortable, the equipment worked perfectly, and overall, I was extremely satisfied!

The location is excellent, close to pleasant restaurants and Tianmen Mountain, while the National Park is about a 40-minute drive away (via DiDi). Most importantly: the views from the mountain-facing rooms are breathtaking! It is a wonderful feeling to wake up to such a view!

A very unique and memorable stay in Zhangjiajie!
We stayed 2 nights in the Morning Glow King Suite Bedroom. The highlight of this homestay is its cave concept. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival.
The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax.
Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, just a 10-minute walk to the park's entrance.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a lovely river view through its floor-to-ceiling windows. They provided an impressive array of amenities; it's the first time I've stayed at a hotel that offered facial cleanser and makeup remover! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were all included, not to mention toothbrushes and toothpaste. Face towels, hand towels, bath towels, floor mats, bathrobes, and both dry and wet slippers were all readily available.
Breakfast was included and featured a buffet with both Chinese and Western options. There were four different stir-fried dishes daily, and fresh noodles and rice vermicelli were made to order with different soup bases each day.
Before arrival, the hotel proactively contacted me to help plan my itinerary for free and even booked national park tickets, which saved me dozens of yuan compared to booking online via apps! The itinerary they planned was very well-thought-out. Upon checking in, they provided all the park maps with routes clearly marked. [Thumbs up emoji] Thanks to the front desk's detailed explanation, I later realized that following their suggested routes meant I didn't waste any time or take any unnecessary detours!
In the evening, the lights along the river were beautiful, and many people were enjoying themselves, creating a lively atmosphere. Despite this, the room's soundproofing was excellent! Once the windows were closed, I had a great night's sleep!

The biggest highlight of this guesthouse is the breathtaking mountain view directly in front of it. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and had plenty of hot water, meeting all basic accommodation needs. The owner was very hospitable and even helped us plan a great itinerary for visiting the Forest Park. Its location near Wulingyuan makes it convenient to get to the Forest Park entrance, making it an ideal place to stay when exploring Zhangjiajie.
