This is the first time I've genuinely wanted to write a review. The service was exceptional! We visited during Chinese New Year's Eve, and the owner personally picked us up and dropped us off, and even drove us to dinner. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, explaining the sightseeing routes in great detail. We even received some berry tea as a farewell gift. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were well-separated. Breakfast was delicious and hit the spot. The hotel's location is perfect, offering an unobstructed, panoramic view of the mountains. Ahh, there's so much more I want to praise! I will recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Zhangjiajie 🥰🥰🥰 Didn't take many photos, so here are some scenic shots instead.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Came to Changsha for four days with friends at the end of the year. Even before we checked in, the hotel manager proactively asked about our needs, and our room was perfectly arranged. The hotel is located at the Dongtang Xiaoxiang Film and Television Base, which is great for sightseeing and photos, especially on a nice day. We also booked the hotel's luggage delivery service, so our bags could go straight to the airport without us having to return to the hotel. All in all, it was a really excellent experience.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and thoughtful. The cleaning auntie was very considerate; since we were extending our stay for another night, we specifically asked her to replenish the toiletries but not change the bed linens. She even wrote us a handwritten thank you card! When we checked out yesterday, the hotel staff even gave us a souvenir. Although Changsha was very cold, the warmth of its people made us feel cozy. The river view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We'll definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel! We had a string of delightful surprises during our stay on the second day of Chinese New Year. The first surprise: During check-in, we were lucky enough to meet the wonderful manager. Not only did she upgrade our room type, but she also proactively and thoughtfully resolved all sorts of issues for us – huge thanks to her! The second surprise: The hotel offers one complimentary shuttle service to Tianmen Mountain. Because all the regular drivers were busy with other guests, we were incredibly lucky to get a ride in the chairman’s car! The chairman was super nice and completely down-to-earth. We heard he was there to hand out red envelopes, and then he ended up driving us himself, haha. On our way back, we also had the good fortune of meeting another one of the hotel's owners. It's truly impressive how hands-on the owners of Hilton Garden Inn are – no wonder the hotel is thriving and makes guests feel so at home! The third surprise: The hotel food was delicious, and the complimentary fruit was very sweet. The hotel also offers a shuttle service with new car models, which saves time and effort. The all-inclusive service was absolutely top-notch. Although Tianmen Mountain was a bit too crowded during the Spring Festival, which slightly impacted the experience, the Hilton Garden Inn truly gave us so many wonderful surprises. These thoughtful details made our trip to Tianmen Mountain exceptionally warm and memorable. We're so glad we chose this hotel; Hilton Garden Inn is definitely the perfect choice!

This hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace.

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The environment is great, and the breakfast is plentiful. The only thing missing is a laundry service. Even before arriving, a butler was already assisting us, helping to book tickets for Tianmen Mountain. Once we got there, finding food and other amenities nearby was quite convenient.

The location is truly excellent, close to Taiping Street and Wuyi Square, and also near Xiangjiang Middle Road subway station. At night, you can even see Orange Isle. The hygiene is great, and all the amenities are in place. The air conditioning works well; even after soaking in the private hot tub for a long time, it didn't feel damp. The hot tub is quite large, so filling it takes a while; it would be good if staff could fill it for us. I used points, so it was pretty cheap. The only downside, which seems to be a common issue with indoor private hot tubs, is mildew. I'm not sure about other room types, but in ours, there was mildew on the wall next to us and on the curtains.

Staying here felt just like coming home. From the moment I arrived, everyone from the greeters to the front desk and even housekeeping was incredibly responsive. I especially have to give a shout-out to the cleaning staff! They paid attention to every little detail, even leaving a thoughtful note which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious, and the bathroom and shower were genuinely separate, which I appreciated. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring we had a perfectly quiet and restful stay for the entire duration. Definitely a big thumbs up! 👍
