GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Ningxia Museum. The rooms are spacious with a smart layout, and the bathroom is particularly large. This time, I booked an Executive King Room, and the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour was exquisite and delicious. From the high floor, the panoramic view of Yinchuan city was incredible. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, with many Ningxia local specialties, and the service is very attentive. The Baicao Lamb Hotpot on the third floor of the hotel is absolutely delicious and a must-try. All in all, the JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan comes highly recommended!

DDanbocunsimayongEverything was excellent, and the service was exceptionally satisfactory. The public breakfast restaurant was particularly comfortable and the service was personalized. The only drawback was the lack of fast charging in the entire parking lot, with only three slow charging stations. Many electric vehicle models couldn't be charged there and had to be driven 8 kilometers to the township power supply station to charge.

GGuest UserOutstanding hotel, highly recommended for anyone visiting Yinchuan, especially the convention centre. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked, with large bathtubs. The service is brilliant, both from the front desk staff and the cleaners, who are all quick and efficient.

GGuest UserI booked this for my family, and they were extremely satisfied. When I made the reservation, only twin rooms were available, so I booked two. I contacted the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to get one king room and one twin room if a king was available, or if not, to put a safety rail on one of the twin beds since there was a child with us. To our surprise, when the hotel staff assigned the rooms, they not only gave us a king room but also upgraded us to a suite and arranged for connecting rooms – so thoughtful! My family was very happy with their overall experience, including the dining. Highly recommend!

ZzzTinaOverall, this hotel is quite worth staying at. I really liked the hotel's design, ambiance, and facilities, and the room was also good. I booked a room with a hot tub, and the cleanliness was excellent.
However, the service and management were clearly weak points. On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the lobby, which isn't very large, was crowded. When we first arrived at the parking lot, there was only one older gentleman working, and it took a while to find someone to help with luggage, clearly indicating a staff shortage. During check-in, there wasn't much proactive information provided; staff only told me things after I asked. Compared to other hotels of similar standing I've stayed at before, there was a noticeable gap in service professionalism.
The restaurant gave a similar impression. The staff's attitude wasn't bad, but the service felt inexperienced. The food itself was generally mediocre, though the beef skewers at dinner were surprisingly delicious 😂. Interestingly, some of the older staff members around the hotel were very diligent, constantly cleaning and bustling about. So, my feeling after staying wasn't that there was an issue with staff attitude, but rather that the hotel's staffing, training, and management haven't kept up with its excellent facilities.
This is quite a shame because the hotel itself is really well-done.
What deserves special praise are the hotel's activities; the explanations were very thorough and professional, and this part of the experience was excellent. Coupled with the desert environment and the starry sky, I think it's still worth staying for those who come specifically to experience the desert.
If you only look at the design, room, cleanliness, and overall environment, I really like it. If the management and service professionalism can be improved later on, the overall hotel experience should be much better.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time.
The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too.
Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

GGuest UserThe room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

YYinuoyuThis was my first time in Yinchuan, and I can honestly say I chose the Sheraton Yinchuan without hesitation. It's an established five-star hotel, and the service, from the front desk to the rooms and even the lobby bar I visited, was excellent. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided attentive service. It was a fantastic experience. I also really appreciated the sour plum juice at the front desk – a glass of it instantly quenched my thirst upon entering the hotel on a hot summer day! I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Yinchuan!

YYuzhouwudichaojilengI came to Yinchuan alone to relax, and I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location. The actual stay was even better than expected. The first impression was how clean the room was; there were no stains on the carpet, and the windows were sparkling clean. I didn't go anywhere in the afternoon, just stayed in the room and watched a downloaded movie; drawing the curtains created a private cinema. In the evening, after showering, I stood in the window in my bathrobe watching the night view; the city lights twinkled like stars, and my heart felt at peace. Sometimes a good trip doesn't need to be bustling; a comfortable room is enough.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities and hardware are good, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only thing that is surprising is the service attitude, especially at the front desk. During the entire check-in, the person was cold and dejected, as if she owed her two buckets of rice. Breakfast The waiter also had no sense of service. When asked if there were fried eggs, the answer was no. The machine was broken, as if it was a matter of course. Western pastries were provided for breakfast, but no knives and forks were provided. I had to spread the bread with my mouth and dig out the jam with chopsticks! As a service industry, I believe this is closely related to the general manager of the hotel. I hope it will attract attention!
