Excellent location. Worth the price. Varied breakfast options. Recommended for families. Parking underground option little inconvenient and parking fees for hotel stay is expensive and shocking. Otherwise room is spacious enough and clean. Staff were helpful and check in and out process was quick and seamless.

We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Beautiful Haixi Prefecture, perfect Hilton.

From the moment you step into the lobby, you will be greeted by an elegant atmosphere. The housekeeper Li Yingzi greets you warmly and provides considerate service. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the quality is evident in every detail. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the food is delicious. Fitness and leisure facilities are all available. Here, you can enjoy the bustling city and find a quiet place. Every experience is impeccable. It is a five-star hotel and worth coming again!

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

The hotel is centrally located, facing the central square. Room windows offer stunning views of Xining's city center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a large Sharp TV. The bathroom is spacious, with separate wet and dry areas and a TOTO automatic flush toilet. The lobby counter is stocked with bottles of mineral water and a variety of fruit for guests to enjoy, a truly impressive touch. The breakfast is plentiful and high-quality. The staff are especially welcoming, proactively inquiring about service needs and offering recommendations, a truly valuable touch. The front desk staff are equally proactive and service-minded. The front square is spacious, with free parking, and the security guards are friendly and attentive. A gas station is just around the corner in the alley next to the hotel, making refueling very convenient.

本次入住泳池房徹底超出預期！私人泳池水質澄澈透亮，水温舒適，不管是午後小憩戲水還是傍晚觀景放鬆都格外愜意，隨手拍照都很出片。房間佈局通透寬敞，裝修質感在線，床品柔軟好睡，洗漱用品齊全實用，衞生細節滿分。酒店服務全程貼心周到，從入住引導到需求響應都高效暖心，配套的餐食與免費飲品也很驚喜，妥妥的度假治癒體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

The Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!

房間乾淨，寬敞明亮，有加濕器，製氧機，我就奔着加濕器和製氧機去的，因為大柴旦海拔三千米，怕有高反，所以選擇了這家酒店，早餐豐富，在我們退房臨走的時候，還贈送了酸奶和點心，還有贈送了我們水果盤，訂酒店的時候不會在手機訂，我就導航直接到了這家酒店，酒店前台的服務員幫我在網上預訂的，説在網上預訂便宜，有優惠，非常感謝，為我省了錢，離開這家酒店之後，我們就去察爾汗鹽湖，是世界第二鹽湖，亞洲第一鹽湖，很美很壯觀！
