This is my fourth time staying here, and overall, my experience has been great. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and in good condition, and the room hygiene is meticulously maintained, making it clean and comfortable. The service is thoughtful and patient, although communication can be a bit challenging when trying to express specific needs. The location is very convenient, right next to the airport shuttle pick-up/drop-off point, which saves a lot of time and effort when catching flights. It's quiet and livable, making it perfect for a short transit stay.

My child had always dreamed of staying in an RV, and we finally made it happen during our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop tour. The RV was really unique, with smart facilities and amenities. It was a classic case of ”small but perfectly formed,” even managing to fit two beds! There was also an induction cooker, pots, and bowls, so we could even cook our own instant noodles. It was incredibly quiet at night. We watched the sunset in the evening and saw the starry sky and the Milky Way at night – my child was absolutely thrilled. She said this was the best ”hotel” I'd ever booked. The park offers various room types to suit different traveler needs. The entire park features Yardang landforms and three salt lakes. The breakfast was also good, and we even received two complimentary Nova coffees. The service was excellent too; they thoughtfully showed us to our RV, provided a detailed introduction, and even gave us a small gift. I hope the hotel continues to thrive!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip. The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.

The location is excellent with great services. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always try their best to serve you. The only concerns were someone smoke in the non-smoking floor that made the floor smelly. Hotel should minor and make sure no one smoke in non-smoking floors. My rooms TVs were not working properly, expect hotel check all room facilities before customer check in.

I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining.

They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating.

The room decor is exquisite, and the camp really captures a Martian vibe. At night, the sky is full of stars, and hearing the wind in the Gobi desert perfectly matches the name ”Lonely Interstellar.” I also want to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – it was so delicious! So delicious! So delicious! You can even make your own salad, which is great for women. Plus, there were many other varieties. When I asked my child what her most unforgettable experience was, she said it was stargazing at the camp at night. Thumbs up!
