Amazing price value! Yes, it's a cheap all-inclusive resort, so don't come with 5-star high-end expectations. But for the little money you pay, you get an amazing value, much better than comparable cheap AI resorts (I have been to several of them). Rooms super modern and new (completely renovated, even the standard category I booked), large buffet with huge selection, impeccable grounds, beautiful beach. Service was ok. Note that it's a big resort, but there is a trolley train running around if you don't like to walk.

We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25.
In general we're leaving with mixed feelings.
1.What's great:
- location & beach
- reception area
- swimming pool area
- animals in the resorts
2. What's so-so
- weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning
- rooms - spacious but a bit outdated
3. What's really bad:
- food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life
- gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame.
- internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow
Final verdict: we will not come back

This hotel is pretty good, especially the infinity pool on the roof, it's so beautiful! You can order your own breakfast, and there is freshly squeezed watermelon juice. The hotel's exclusive beach is on the first floor, and the beach is open at night. The sky bar on the roof is open until 11 o'clock. Overall, it's pretty good. This city is very beautiful.

The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! Love you guys! 🥰 I will always remember all of you, how you invited to take part in the activities, how you were showing everything step by step, your patience, your unique personalities. The best chef on this planet Wander Montilla with amazingly beautifully looking and heavenly tasting dishes. 😋 Thank you for your unforgettable dinner at the stake house restaurant! Also, the cooking show in Asian restaurant is worth seeing! The food is amazing and the products are high quality. We are more than happy with our rest!

GGuest UserWe had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

NNicaurisUI’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others.
My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

HHerreraThe hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better.
The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing.
The room smelled out humidity.
Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after.
The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/
On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial.
Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
