Hotel it self is ok but electricity keeps cutting off I stayed in total 3 nights and electricity was out 3 times Second day was out for almost 3 hrs. So inconvenient, hotel management didn’t even offer any compensation for this and keep saying its not from hotel side !!! Despite the government says hotels have exceptions from the power saving plan. Also how is it possible 4 star hotel has no generators!!! Many other good things about the hotel but can’t mention it due to this matter being so frustrating Hotel is nice for families Animation team are cool despite the limited budget they have Food variety is surprisingly great at main restaurant Room condition is quite tired

On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much! By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much! Going out is the beach, the balcony faces the sea, rising in the morning to watch the sunrise on the sea, the environment is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, and the holiday is the first choice. The food is good but the towels are so old and the rooms furniture's are so old so they need to be updated .the hotel employees has good hospitality

The place is nice, there is a lot of space and the beach is large enough. The food is ok. The swimming pools are large and clean. The structure would be renovated, which they were doing partly when I was there. The staff is nice and available. You can get from Cairo by bus and so it's comfortable for those who don't have the car like me.

The rooms are the best in sokhna area. Meals are also good in Egypt. The buffet dinner is very sincere, just need the waiter to help you pick up the food. The beach needs a shuttle bus, but it is not far away, and you can walk. The swimming pool is nice, and there is a children's area. Lived in stella, movenpick, cancun in sokhna, This jazz is my favorite. Suitable for a weekend from Cairo and a day or two. The beach is of good quality and the water is clear.

The location is relatively biased, there is no way to take a taxi, the front desk can not help the guests call the car, really speechless. I was in a hurry to go to Teda, and finally took the local car. The Egyptian people were still very enthusiastic. They sent us to Teda without any cost. Breakfast is still available in the local area. After the first afternoon, I ordered a seafood pasta. The weight is large and the taste is OK?

Great location, excellent options for food, especially the grilled meat and fish for dinner. Options for the pool and beach are easy, close, and enjoyable. Excellent option for those living in Cairo and need a quick beach getaway.

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

Food not good enough and variety is not enough also house keeping has slow to respond
