Guest UserThe hotel boasts a strategic location, perfect for classic shopping trips and sightseeing. The rooms are larger than average for London, and the services are good. The building itself is quite old but well-maintained and partially modernized. The tea room and Indian restaurant are excellent. The main drawback, typical for hotels of this kind, is the bathroom – while efficient and clean, it's definitely dated and offers limited amenities.

Guest UserGreat hotel in great location. Really pleased with facilities in the room which was super quiet and really clean with exception of carpet, few bits not hoovered but a minor issue for us. However, please ensure you have either a photo driving licence or passport at check in as we encountered quite an unhelpful lady who insisted that despite showing her the Trip emails and my bank cards said she still didn’t know that I was the person in the booking. I generally DO NOT travel for a weekend away to London with my passport (I have an old paper driving licence so not photo ID anyway) she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about when I mentioned this and looked confused! When I asked what I was supposed to do as I’d paid for two nights and had all the bookings just looked at me and repeated that she didn’t know who I was!!! My friend could see I was getting stressed and asked if we could get my husband to email copy of my passport, at which point she ashes if I had another credit/bank card and then proceeded to check us in!!!! Why could she not do this in the first place????? Anyway putting this to one side I would stay again, armed of course with passport!

I had a great stay at Art’otel Shoreditch with friends and we all had such a good time. The location is perfect for exploring Shoreditch; everything we wanted to see, eat and do was right on the doorstep.
The bar on the 25th floor was a real highlight, with amazing views across London. Our room was clean and well presented, the shower was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable – exactly what you want after a day out in the city.
The staff were friendly and really helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be staying again!

The view outside the hotel is really beautiful. Located next to Thames River. Cooling but not too windy. Within 5 minutes walk to subway station, Elizabeth Line. Easily access to tourist attractions in London.
Breakfast at level 1 was wonderful. Varieties are good. The dining area is clean, bright and spacious. The service staffs, including the cooks, are really cheerful and gave excellent services. Same goes for the receptionists.
The carpets in the hallway next to the hotel rooms needed to be clean. A bit moldy smell.

Yeshu77The hotel is conveniently located near Tower Bridge and Tower Hill tube station. This was my second stay, and the transportation is excellent. The dining area is spacious, and breakfast is quite good. Rooms on the mid-to-high floors offer views of the Gherkin.

Guest UserThe Radisson Hotel Heathrow offers a comfortable and convenient stay, particularly for travellers looking to be close to the airport without paying premium terminal prices. Its location is excellent, with easy access to Heathrow and good transport links into central London. The price represents good value for money, especially when compared with other nearby airport hotels.
The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of hot and cold options to suit most tastes and a pleasant start to the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with one standout feature being the excellent air conditioning, which kept the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay.
The only downside was the noise. At times, sounds from neighbouring rooms and the surrounding area could be heard, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, however, it's a solid airport hotel offering good comfort, a fair price, and a very convenient location.

Guest UserAMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Guest UserOverall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

haoxidiTraveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

uraliveThe location is excellent, with great transport links. It's not far to walk to Holland Park, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus two large supermarkets. I really liked the spacious and comfortable lobby, and the gym is also huge with a full range of equipment. For London, where space is at a premium, this large Holiday Inn sometimes offers rooms that are fantastic value for money.
