GGuest UserCould not really fault the hotel. The only thing I would say is that strong smell of gloss in the room but let alone that all good breakfast excellent service was brilliant did not try the facilities that they offered as we weren't there long enough .woukd stay there again .

GGuest UserGrand old Victorian hotel with a nice clean modern pool, good food and friendly, helpful staff. It’s probably the best place to stay in the town and I’ve now stayed twice and would use it again if I needed to visit the town again. However, the decor is getting rather worn in places and it could benefit from new carpets and redecorating. It’s also quite expensive.
