Great location. Staff is as helpful s as can be. Rooms here are owned by different groups, the room I was in did have a smell to it but it was bearable. There were problems with the internet, that was annoying. The person assigned to my room was very attentive and helpful.

My wife and I had an unforgettable experience at Canwin HotelđŻ, where even a standard room felt like pure luxury! I surprised my partner with delightful decorations to celebrate four wonderful years of traveling without her, and seeing her face light up in Accra was pricelessđ„°. She was absolutely thrilled by everythingâthe vibrant environment, the stunning sights, and especially the incredible service from the receptionist, who was just fantastic! Best stay! Customer service was impeccable, the host harriet was very friendly and attentive, the studio was sold out so they upgraded us to a bigger apartment for free, highly recommend! Shops and restaurants close by, its in the city so its not far from activities and night life, all amenities were provided for! 10/10

At Loxwood, it was a great experience. I really enjoyed the Arial view from my apartment balcony and it was great to see various glowing lights and airplanes land and take off from the KIA, Accra. It was a comforting and welcoming apartment not far from the Airport to ease you off the pressure of travellers who seek a place to lodge for sometime before immersing themselves in their business.

Great property, wasnât allowed to leave my bags to check in but saw other travelers getting to do the same. Gym is great but some of the other amenities could do with some cleaning.
The service line is always online which is good but they donât help out if you have larger problems. They have one or two team members that really do help out, but a few of them donât seem to care.

Itâs always a pleasure staying at Embassy Gardens. One of the best places to stay in Accra without question. Easy access to Accra central and great amenities nearby. The complex also has a pool and a gym that you and use. Staff are also friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, and would like to commend the team for their exceptional hospitality. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. I would like to extend special recognition to several team members who made a meaningful impact during my stay. Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalismâDavidâs ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and itâs a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you donât feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasnât around on the weekend. The one thing I didnât like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as itâs cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didnât make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax. 2. The staff here are extremely good from the security guard to the room service friends! I feel very interested ^^ 3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^ The disadvantages are: 4. For example, a little far from the main road, you need to call Uber. 5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboardđ 6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...boredđ„ș
