I had a wonderful stay at White Caves. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained throughout. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the elegant interiors to the comfortable amenities. The service was warm and attentive, adding to the overall experience. A truly memorable stay — I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The location seems very central, but we had some difficulty finding it.
If you don’t have a car and plan to go out in the evening, it might not be the best choice.
However, we only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.
The rooms were clean, and it’s a family-run place.

Facilities: I like it very much, the room is super big. There is a big swimming pool outside the room, I took a lot of beautiful photos

Service: Very good, they will ask you when you want to have breakfast, what you like to eat, and then deliver it to your room door very punctually

Really like the place. I only stayed 1 night in Santorini, wish I stayed longer. I stayed in February so it was the off season. It was so quiet in the hotel.
It's located a short walk to the main area in Fira. Also not far from the Fira bus station which connects you to the rest of the island.
The room was perfect. Nicely decorated, soft blanket, great bed, good shower, a lot of outlets next to the bed, it had a hairdryer and shampoo, no toothbrush. There was a nice private balcony with chairs to look out to the sea.
Check in was fast. Office is right down stairs and open most of the day. I left my luggage there on my final day and went back to pick it up before my flight.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. Although it's a bit far from Fira, the hotel offers a paid shuttle service that's readily available, much more convenient than taking a taxi or bus. The hotel scenery and breakfast were also fantastic 👍🏻. They provided complimentary wine and dessert upon arrival and a small gift upon departure. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

The brother at the front desk was so enthusiastic and explained everything clearly when he arrived. As soon as we arrived, we were attracted by the swimming pool and the sunset. The room is tidy but a bit old, which is normal for 2 stars. .

I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories.
Unfortunately, I dropped my AirPods under the bed and realized it too late. I hope I can come back someday to retrieve them. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The building is new, the room is clean, and you can see the sea from the balcony. However, the hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the town of Fira, and although there is a bus stop about 10 minutes walk away, I thought it would be inconvenient for travelers without a rental car.

Absolutely superb! ! ! First of all, the hotel environment is particularly good! During the day and evening, the feeling is different. The room is very comfortable. The swimming pool downstairs is also very special. The design sense~ breakfast can be chosen one day in advance and then sent to your room~ the younger sister of the younger brother Especially enthusiastic! Very friendly to you! Absolutely great! And go to oia to walk for 20 minutes. The opposite bus stop is very convenient!
