The hotel is in the mall complex. So you can get your things easier. The traffic near the hotel is okay but when the big rain downpour, you better not go anywhere. Because the road will get flooded. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Kids will love it. I didn’t get any breakfast, but they’re breakfast was good enough.

RanopThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay.
However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience.
Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive.
My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Chairullah06One of my favorite hotels in Palembang, always fully booked on weekends. It boasts the highest swimming pool in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is friendly, and the breakfast offers a great variety. My only wish is for smart TVs in the rooms so we can watch Netflix in the future.

PerikanA very clean hotel located near the airport. I stayed here to escape the hustle and bustle of Palembang, and it was great! The breakfast was delicious, mainly Indonesian food. I also had dinner, and everything was tasty! Most importantly, they had beer, which was a huge plus! The hotel had a lot of families, so I wasn't really able to relax by the pool. The room was very spacious!

MerayapJeGreat service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!
