GGuest UserWe stayed there for two nights during peak travel season in early August. You can’t beat the location as it is right next to the train station. The bed was comfortable but we didn’t sleep well even with the fan on as the warm and humid weather plus the insects keep trying get into our room made us feel uncomfortable. Food and service were okay at breakfast buffet but when we went to the same restaurant for dinner the Chicken Supreme we ordered is by the driest and tasteless we ever had. As people of colour travelling from Canada, we unfortunately didn’t get the same extraordinary service that other tourists are raving about.

GGuest UserWas a casual trip with my friend. Really really like this hotel, it's my friends first time and my second time to stay there. My friend got surprised with everything. I like it even more than first time. Always feel want to come back again.
Everything was very good, receptionist was very professional, room was very clean. Spa treatment was fabulous. Maria was so kind and professional. Will definitely call back for her.
Another unforgettable person was Sean, always ware warm welcome smile on his face and give fantastic service as well.
I don't think I have enough words to describe our stay. Definitely recommend

GGuest UserIt's great. The hotel is on the edge of Dingle town, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to the town center. The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic, the room facilities are good, clean and tidy, and it is a very good accommodation experience.

GGuest UserA luxury resort hotel with a country castle-style exterior and interior.
Operated by a star-rated hotel group, the hotel offers professional and enthusiastic service, and complete rooms and supporting facilities.
Bicycles can be rented at the front desk, and may be free for guests in the off-season.
The location is relatively good, and you can walk to the park trail and Ross Castle.

GGuest UserA huge, impersonal, soulless hotel, positive point, pleasant staff, breakfast and dinner rather good. We have not tested the swimming pool but it is large and must be pleasant.

GGuest UserWe traveled to Killarney for a holiday in April. I got a fabulous room at a very reasonable price in this hotel. This place has a fantastic view of the lakes and the mountains, and the picturesque trails from the campus are also worth a try. Definitely recommend anyone who visits Killarney to stay here. I wish we had more days to stay!!

GGuest UserBeautiful breakfast with a stunning view of the lake. Lounge, but, the hotel accommodates itself as a spa, but the pool is small with cold water, the tile is old, falls off. Jakuzi didn't work. Hammam and spa are not in the recreation area. They can provide sometimes separately, as a compliment, is separately.
Likewise, we paid extra for the view of the lake, but there was a cemetery in front of the lake. We need to warn of such nuances. It spoiled the atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and environment, the service staff is very enthusiastic, the food in the restaurant is delicious, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the town of Killarney, the hotel also has a swimming pool and a naughty castle for children to play.
