Very beautiful hotel, beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, taste good, very satisfactory, but the wooden floor has some crackling sounds.

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Stay was standard and as expected. Large room and large bathroom.  Staff were very helpful however, we requested for a higher floor and with sea view which they accommodated they also accommodated and prepared a breakfast box as we were due to checkout very early before the service started.

Really nice place, I hope to return again as soon as possible, everything is there and nothing is missing. Perfect for children

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

The hotel has been in business for more than 100 years. The wooden floor will creak when walking. The room is not soundproof. The coughing sound next door or upstairs and downstairs can be heard clearly at night. Because of the backing, the hotel signal is very poor. The balcony can't see the sea, and the rows of trees can be seen. When I didn’t need to clean the room, I hung a do not disturb sign on the door. When I came back at night, I found that the quilt in the room had been sorted out, but the next day my mother went out to express her desire to clean up. When the hair on the pillow and in the bathroom was not cleaned. At the same price, there are actually many better choices.

Modern hotel with great sea view and private parking. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is ok. But if you are going to explore Cinque Terra - it isn’t that easy since there is no train station in Porto Venere (you either have to go to La Spezia to catch a train or to go by a ferry with very limited time schedule options and crowds of people). In addition it’s better to keep your stuff locked in the suitcase

In general, staying at 3 stars hotel but with nice swimming pool which really unexpected! There is lot of rest area near the pool. The restaurant is so good indeed. Though room is bit old but it’s clean and comfortable, also with free parking, it brings us relax and memorable holidays with small group of friends!  High recommend to all friends ! Will definitely come back😉
