Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

A perfect stay experience can make you happy for a long time. There is no flaw and it must be full of 5 stars, especially the quality of the service staff and the meticulous ordering of dishes. The hot spring here is also very large, and the sister hotel ”Yadoli” can also be used for free. The hotel's shuttle bus runs at 15:30 at Kaga Onsen Station. The hot spring street is very beautiful at night, but not too prosperous, but the facilities are complete and quiet. That's awesome x3. Frankly speaking, I like this place, and I like the three-legged crow doll that takes a hot spring bath. I will bring my friends here again. Thank you.

I was participating in the Kagaspa UTM race in Japan and booked this hotel. It's a ten-minute walk from the starting point and another ten minutes from Yamanakaza Street. It's a quiet escape from the bustle. The room faces a stream and mountains, with the green hills surrounding the stream and casting shadows, a truly beautiful sight. The hotel was also very clean. Dinner was a semi-buffet and quite standard. I withdrew from the 100km race this time, but I'm sure I'll finish it next year.

The large public bath was open from 6:00 in the morning, and there were no problems with calling and paying for a taxi to the airport. If I had to say one thing, I felt that it was still a rural area because only 1000 yen notes were accepted when buying drinks from the vending machine.

During our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan. The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.

I booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good.

It was nice to have a feeling of openness from the entrance. This time, I used a Japanese-style room with my parents. There was a bed, but it was large and I was able to spend a relaxing time. The bath was comfortable (* ^^ *) The breakfast was delicious.

The location of the hotel is very central, and it belongs to the first-line lake view location. The hotel’s male bath is good, and the room area is super large, at least 40 square meters or more, so Ctrip's information is still not accurate enough. Then the lake view room is estimated to have a front lake view, and the ordinary Japanese-style room is also a side lake view. Because it is not a weekend, it is the lowest starting price, which is less than RMB 1,000, which is the starting price of 7,500 per night for two meals in the hotel. The meals are all buffet in the morning and evening. The varieties are indeed not high-end, and the prices are there, but there is a self-service sukiyaki pot for three months from December to February, and there is unlimited draft beer. This can be said to be fully worth the room rate. Next door Japan The uncle really drank eight glasses. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the 🚉 station, and the hotel can provide free pick-up and drop-off. We made an appointment with the Trip.com butler in advance, which is very convenient. The hotel also has some waiters who can speak English, and there is no big problem with communication. The room is selected in Japanese style. It is estimated that it has been some years. The room is a bit old but does not affect the seaside scenery. The hotel is self-service at night, basically Japanese domestic tourists are queued up in an orderly manner to get things. There are not many categories, but it can definitely be full. ♨️ Men and women on different floors, and women's scenery is better. I don't know if it is because of the earthquake last year, the higher-level ♨️ Hall is not open, and it is impossible to enjoy the beautiful scenery (of course, there are additional charges). There are convenience stores around, and it takes only 2-3 minutes to go out and buy something to eat. Next to the park where you can soak your feet in hot springs, but unfortunately it is not open because it is still under maintenance after the earthquake.

The hotel itself was old but the room was relatively beautiful. I was worried about the mold and dirt in the bathroom. I think it can't be helped by the number of years. It was a pity that the electricity in the room was dark, the window was full of spider webs when I opened the curtain to see the scenery, and there was no laundry. There was an ice cold machine on the fifth floor and I used it. The hotel response was very good. I didn't feel so far from Kanazawa Station in about 20 minutes.
