The facilities and hospitality of the hotel mentioned above are close to full marks.
On the other hand, unfortunately the cleaning of the hot spring bath is not so good, and there is nothing that can be done about the quality of the hot spring water.
And the quality of the dinner. The number of dishes is more than enough, but I would like them to take the taste more seriously.
I would like food that tastes good, not just the price.
Overall, I was very satisfied.
There's a children's play area, the large communal bath has an open-air hot spring, and it's generally spacious and nice.
That said, it can't be helped that it gets crowded.
There are also times when you can enjoy free drinks, which is great.
If I had to say something, I would say it would be great if the buffet menu didn't change and if there were two types of baby food instead of just one.
Loved that the hotel is just a short walk from Tobu World station!
Excellent location! Staff were very helpful even though they spoke little English.
Thank you. 😄
The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here
The name of the hotel is Huaqianxiang, and you need to search for this name on Google Maps. We booked two different suites, both with balconies (equipment platforms), and the river views are good. The hotel breakfast and dinner are great! In addition, remember to make an appointment with the front desk for the shuttle bus after check-out when checking in, otherwise you will face no car to take when you check out. It is an old hot spring hotel. The waiters are polite as a whole. Due to the late check-in, we informed that the dinner was cancelled, but later called the room to say that dinner was prepared and asked to go to the restaurant as soon as possible. Although the restaurant staff urged us to eat, they had a good attitude and kept saying sorry. In fact, this matter was due to our earlier mistakes, so we can't blame the hotel entirely. People also have work off-get off work time, so we also end the dinner at the scheduled time haha. Thank you for the restaurant's service. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay in. The area of the ordinary room is not small, and the food and river view are added points. Tips: In short, you have to take advantage of the daytime to go to Kinu River. There are no taxis if it's late.
Kinugawa Ace Hotel, the service is superb, although the front desk does not understand English very well, but communication is smooth, the place is very large, the hotel is magnificent and luxurious, there are private hot springs, there are also outdoor open-air hot springs, there are many shops in the hotel, enough to satisfy the guests' shopping without leaving the house, adults and children also had a lot of fun, highly recommended.
Even if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good.
The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good.
There is also a dinosaur monument, so I think children can enjoy it.
By the way, it is free for children under 12 to sleep together, but there is usually an extra charge.
I like the open-air bath very much, and I often go there with my family. The transportation is convenient, and there are pastures and amusement parks nearby, allowing the children to have a good time.
The room is spacious, sanitary, and the washing is very good. The cleanliness of Japan is beyond doubt. The hotel is a comprehensive hot spring hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very rich. It is worth experiencing
The service is attentive, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the room is clean, and the outdoor hot spring pool can only be described as 👍. However, the location is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, the counter staff was very enthusiastic to help call a taxi, and it was included in the pocket list.

KKongkongwukongkongAn old hot spring hotel! Breakfast and dinner are really cost-effective! The food is delicious, from fish to small pots! Appetizer strawberry wine, hot tea and dessert after dinner! The hot spring is also quite good. We are the family of four adults with children. It is a very satisfying stay experience! I have lived in a lot of expensive places before, but it feels similar. Cost-effective leverage, praise!
