1๏ธโฃ Spacious and comfortable Superior Room - The Superior Room is 48ใก, twice the size of a regular room! It's a great place to travel with family with two beds.
2๏ธโฃ Magnificent sunrise from the room - Every morning, a fantastic sunrise unfolds before your eyes! I was able to start my day comfortably watching the sunrise from my room. It was a truly special experience.
3๏ธโฃ The charm of the rooftop pool - The magnificent view of the East Sea from the hotel's rooftop pool is truly spectacular! It feels really special to swim and watch the ocean.
4๏ธโฃ Private pool villa - It was a great place to heal because there was a private pool villa. I want to visit again with my family in the pool villa next time!
5๏ธโฃ Panoramic view - All rooms have an ocean view, so I was able to enjoy a really great view. It was a comfortable time filled with the blue of the ocean, unforgettable moments! #East Coast #Beach Hotel #Sunrise #Morning Scenery #Rooftop Pool #View Restaurant #Pool Villa #Private Relaxation #Panorama View #Resort #Family Travel
First of all, the room was too dark. Even with the lighting adjusted, it was so dark that I couldn't see well at night. Additionally, the light switches and the placement of items were inconvenient. The shower stall, while aesthetically pleasing, was too difficult and cumbersome for older people to operate. The design seemed a bit flawed. The hotel lobby and public facilities were clean and spacious, which was nice.
Good service, friendly staffs, clean room. Very satisfied over all. I was traveling Gyeongju, so the hotel was a bit far from the city. However it is located near the beautiful beach. I would stay here if I travel the city again!
Impressive hotel next to the lake. While we booked a mountain view room, we were lucky to get a corner room which we could see the lake from the balcony. Service was good. The hotel has a huge and nice bookstore/cafe, and even a bowling facility.
We went on a trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the breakfast was delicious. We went out the back door to Bomun Lake, and it was so nice. It's also great for running. I think I went there in March of last year, but when I went again, it felt like it had been remodeled, so it was even better.
The facilities are good, the seaside panoramic and spacious dormitory want to use again next time. The barbecue area is also spacious and clean, with many tools, very good.
We traveled with our three children. The facilities were clean and great, the beds were comfortable, and the marble ondol (heated) floors were wonderfully warm. It was also convenient to do some quick grocery shopping at the Hanaro Mart next door, which had Gyeongju local produce. We briefly used the indoor pool, but it seemed a bit unkempt, probably because it was winter, which was a bit disappointing.
Super clean and spacious new villa in Hanok style.
It's a bit out of town, but main attractions easily accessible with a car.
Check-in was a bit difficult as we had no Korean number and communication was only possible in Korean. In the end a friendly worker helped us by calling the owner. Thanks again for his help.
Really convenient to be near lots of restaurants, there is a really good bakery cafe in the same building & coupons for the bar across the road.
Breakfast included in the stay is basic with eggs, toast and fried rice. There is juice but no coffee.
Rooms are huge as is the bath. Only minor thing was the light switches are meant to be remote controlled but that didnโt work so you have to manually go to the switches on the wall near the door.
Would stay again.
1. Cleanliness: The bed, floor, bathroom, etc. were all very clean. I wiped them with the magic block I prepared before playing in the kids' spa bath, and there was nothing left.
2. Location: The reason I gave it 3 points (average) is because it is far from downtown Gyeongju, so it is difficult to access cultural heritage sites in the city, Bomun Complex, etc., so I gave it 3 points.
However, since the accommodation is next to the ocean, if your main purpose is to use the beach in the summer, it would be 5 points.
4-1. For a family of 4 (2 preschoolers), the room I chose (1 queen + 1 single) would be enough, but since the standard number of people is 2, I regret paying half of the daily rate as an additional fee... Regardless of the size of the accommodation, most pensions these days have a standard number of people of 2.
4-2. I only had breakfast once during my 2-night stay. I was very satisfied with the simple breakfast without any frills, but personally, the price was a bit burdensome. (It's cheaper than large hotels.)
5. Facilities: It seems to be about 3~4 years old, and there seem to be about 3~4 buildings. Based on the building with the counter and the building I stayed in (the building with the rooftop pool), it was clean and nice overall...ใ
The rooftop pool is warm water, and there is a screen, so you don't have to worry about the cold. However, you can't see the ocean from the rooftop because of the screenใ
The shower room and bathroom were separated into different spaces, and the toilet in the bathroom was really uniquely for the disabled;;; (backrest, handle)
Maybe because it was a disabled bathroom, it was also quite large. About the size of a disabled bathroom at a department store?
On the other hand, the shower room is only for 1 person...ใ
6. Overall: If I go to Gyeongju, I would definitely visit again. It was a very cost-effective accommodation. (The East Sea view from the room was great!!!!)
Very Good

GGuest UserThe hotel is located outside the city; the nearest bus stops are 1.7 km away. A car is essential if you're traveling with children. Otherwise, the hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and it has a spa and pool โ ideal for family holidays. The location is also very quiet, with plenty of countryside. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly.
GGuest UserThe room service chicken was really delicious, and there was a sauna, so I could come back every day and relax in the sauna. The breakfast had a lot of options and the view was great, so overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I will come back again when I come to Gyeongju!

GGuest UserThe boss is kind and the pension seems to be a bit old, but the interior is neatly arranged compared to that.
I have had a comfortable time with good value for money.
SSofia_PoeThe room is clean, it has a mini-kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. I loved the shampoo! There's a garden outside.
There's no reception, so you need to contact the owner to make arrangements. As far as I understand, there's a 15k-per-person fee if you check-in after 10 pm, but i wasn't asked for it in the end.
The location is a bit far away from the city centre: you need to walk for around a kilometre to the nearest bus stop (11, 100). There are a few convenience stores and restaurants on the way.
GGuest UserJust accross the sea and about 1km plus from Homigot, you can just stroll along the beach road and it will reach the Homigot square.. love it.. they have tools for outdoor BBQ.. the staff cannot speak English but they did provide you with English version for rules to follow and use phone translation to communicate and thats not an issue for me.. if you driving you can go to seafood market they are popular with snow crab or Japanese house street for cafe and history just few KMs from the place..
DDKriegEverything exceeded our expectations - very spacious, everything new, nice private pool. Very quite and peaceful place but still close enough to many attractions in and around Gyeongju.
Note: no real personal service, since you just rent a Hanbok villa. Access via digital door lock. Fresh towels provided every day. Fully equipped kitchen. We did not need anything else and even extended our stay for one more night.
