We did stay in the hotel before and after a Mangistau-tour. The rooms were spacious, with a comprehensive bathroom equipped with everything necessary, except for a non-slip mat in the bath during showers. There was an effective AC (which made some noise) and coffee and tea facilities, as well as two bottles of water and a kettle. The rooms had a sea view with some buildings in the foreground. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was good, and we also used the bar for a drink. The hotel offered both an indoor and outdoor pool, of which we only used the outdoor pool on the first day. The pool offered a sea view. According to the website, the outdoor pool would be closed in early September, but on September 8th, the pool was still available. However, the pool bar was closed. The location of the hotel was good, close to the coast and near various restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. We rested with a family with small children❤️🙏👍👍👍👍👍 I liked the room, the superior one is pleasantly decorated, clean, has air conditioning, a large TV, a refrigerator, shelves for things and clothes, a standard set of towels, soap accessories. The staff is friendly and can answer questions well. A new built hotel in Eastern shores of Caspian sea. Best in it is huge heated sea water pool. Food is OK (all incisive). Selection of sea food is limited. Great grass fed lamb meat. Some rooms are not well equipped ( in our room water kettle, TV remote, carpet! were missing, refrigerator was out of order) and have faulty door locks. For all these reasons we had to change rooms 3 times. Reception was trying to do their best but room services somehow failed. SPA is really good ( beware though of extreme high temperatures of floor tiles and central stone in the hamam). The other reason I took away a star is for poor service throughout of the hotel. The staff is new and requires solid training. Will I come back to this hotel? Yes. But in off season.

I was at the hotel for a week in August 2023 for work. It's a fantastic hotel. Service was good food was good. Design is very welcoming. Location is just on the sea. I got room 1009 which is probably one of the best rooms. It's more like a suite. It's a corner room at the end of the hall and has the best view of the Caspian sea. My colleague got room 1008. looks like the twin of my room 1009 (I think mine had a bit better view). Our superior got room 1109 which was above mine. I believe room 1109 is the best in the hotel. Hotel is on a cliff so lobby is on 6th floor. There is a nice promenade along the sea. 2 km to the north you get to the I love Aktau sign. Heading south you arrive at the pier from which you can take boat trips. July August it can get quite hot so avoid hot hours. Try and walk before 10:00 and/or after 19:00. The water can be surprisingly cold but its fun swimming in the sea. In the summer its fun to walk along the promenade at the vicinity of the I Love Aktau sign.

Excellent Hotel, good breakfast. Good location for supermarket and not far from beach for wonderful beach bars. Nice staff, shame the bar was closed in the afternoon. The supermarket was handy for essentials such as pringles and vodka.
