Grand Hotel Cravat

I couldn't be happier to have chosen this hotel for the weekend in this wonderful city. Both the city and the hotel exceeded all expectations. I must say that all the hotel staff are extremely polite and attentive. The hotel has an old-fashioned style, but it is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location of the hotel is perfect. A perfect 10 out of 10!

Excellent excellent stay! We were a family of 4 who stayed in 2 queen rooms at the 18th floor for 2 nights, and let me say I only have great things to say about this hotel. First, the location was no problem for us as public transport is free and the bus dropped us about 3-4 mins walk from the hotel; it is about 30 mins to the main city but the bus is regular and we didn't have any problems. Second, the rooms were really big and clean. The toilets even better and they had a bathtub which is rare. The front desk staff was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we checked in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was open and we went in the evening to try out the pool and there were only 2 other people and it was nice to have a quick dip in the pool (we did get lost trying to find it but you just need to go through the gym to the bathroom to access the swimming area!) Next, the breakfast was delicious especially the eggs yum and wide variety of food/drinks. We are doing a Europe trip and by far, this has been the best hotel we have stayed in our whole lives! Highly recommend everyone to book with this hotel if you are having doubts.
Novotel Luxembourg Centre

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.
LÉGÈRE Hotel Luxembourg

The hotel is in the suburban office area. Quiet and well equipped. The waiter will at least speak English. The reception German is very fluent. I was woken up by the phone at night and asked if I was parked in a charging parking space, which was very unreasonable.
NH Luxembourg

Overall very satisfied, very clean and hygienic, just a few minutes walk from the airport. There is a bus to go to the city center for 5 minutes. In addition, the restaurant on the first floor has good products. It is very comfortable to sit and drink beer and food, and enjoy a moment of tranquility.
Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg

Clean room, nice location, free car park (underground and outside) Not customer oriented staff, AC did not work in the room and after telling them 2 times no body did a thing about it. So we had to stay in a super hot room for 2 days. We had only 1 chair in the room, although we were 4. I had to request this 2 times only after they brought 2 more chairs. They did not refill our complimentary coffee/ tea. The worst thing is staff does not want to listen to you. After each request they give you short answers and just get over with you. In short words you dont feel like they care about you by in this hotel.
Ibis Styles Luxembourg Centre Gare

Clean comfortable room. Easy check in. Breakfast was continental in style and better than expected. Coffee, teas, cereals, fruits, pastries, bread, hams and cheeses. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the main part of the city to explore as a tourist.
The Central City - Luxury Serviced Residence
4.4/59 Reviews
The Central City - Luxury ApartHotel (CCLA) was AWESOME! Our apartment was very large, clean, and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our apartment overlooked a very lovely garden behind the building. Although we were in the city, it felt as though we were in the suburbs. I have saved the best for last. My wife and I travel the entire world on a full-time basis. Wherever we are at the time is our ”home”. Because of this, the quality of the apartment staff (or hotels on the rare occasion we are in a hotel) is paramount to us. We had one of the best experiences with the property manager at CCLA Luxembourg that we have had anywhere in the world. I am referring to Jerome who was the property manager during our time at CCLA. He was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very kind, and wanted to ensure our apartment was comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was an EXCELLENT representative of the CCLA Luxembourg and we enjoyed chatting with him each day during our stay at CCLA!
Hotel Parc Plaza

While it is a bit of a walk from the nearest tram station, the room was amazing. As a well designed physical space 10/10, interior design 10/10. Refrigerator and beautiful mid 20th century design red chairs were a visual knockout. The wall next to the bed had a panel that had to have been a hand painted “mural”, from floor to the ceiling a gentle blue gradation that was a joy to experience from the super comfy bed. I would definitely book a room the next time I visit Luxembourg City.
Mama Shelter Luxembourg
4.4/561 Reviews
Stayed in various mama shelter hotels around the world so I am used to the nice decor and funky ambiance which is something that keeps me coming back but on this one i was received by alexandra from front desk with an overall un friendly attitude very unlike the spirit of mama shelter. Apart from that everything was good, great room delicious cookies at reception great food and ok location ( transport is free in Luxembourg so no problem traveling into the city) on the downside cinema is not public and no gym.
