Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.
We were touched by a large room with views on the back of the hotel, room with double beds, cleaning is good and the attention was excellent, breakfast is basic cereal, brood yogurt egg frijoles, Chilaquiles and vary some supplement in themselves we went through the hostel and reviews and if it's worth it the place I am widely recommending
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The hotel is not in use, they say until Mr. Year for remodelling, in the room they have allocated me does not serve the phone and the TV has no cable ( cto. 124), call the recepciln of my telephone.
The door of the closet is not available.

Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.
There is no toothbrush in the room, the facilities are very old, the breakfast is average, the service is very good, I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and gave it to me.
The hotel environment is OK, but the hardware facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is very rich, the transportation is very convenient, it is worth recommending, and the hotel service attitude is also very good.

GGuest UserExcellent service, care, delicious food, very recommended for family trip, the only thing I can recommend to the hotel is to have a little more waste boats, I used bags to go accumulating my waste, But it would be convenient for them to have a little more ships for waste storage.
All was great, we enjoyed a lot of all the services of the hotel.
藍藍Very good one-time hotel experience, the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk will speak English, very nice! Perhaps the only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, the other is good! 👍👍
GGuest UserThe staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a great location and very secure great service
