Passing by Tretaro for one night, I chose this double tree. Although the room is a bit old, the overall level is OK; the bathroom shower is comfortable. This is a very important thing when I go out.
Especially the breakfast is beyond my imagination, although simple but the choice is rich! It takes 10 minutes to drive to the center of the old city and the waterway bridge.

KANYANI went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later.
Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small).
When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge.
There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

Guest UserThis hotel is out of the ordinary, being an ancient hacienda remodelled to provide a high standard of modern amenities. There is an extensive range of facilities, including horseback rides, tennis courts, a huge pool, and games rooms with pool tables. There are lots of activities at the weekends which unfortunately we missed as our stay was two nights midweek, but nevertheless we enjoyed every minute of our time here. Food is prepared to a high standard and the service is excellent.

Staying at this hotel for the second time, the hotel is like an old manor, covering a large area, beautiful garden, strong artistic sense, there are various art and oil paintings in the hall and aisle, there is a sense of years, the room is large, the facilities are well-equipped, the facilities are a bit old, the basin is not very smooth, the breakfast is rich, the variety is many, The swimming pool is large, the water temperature is suitable, the air is fresh in the morning, a good experience.

王The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.

The location is very good, the entrance of the old town. Stayed for the third time. Very recommended, next time I come to stay, I don’t like the bedding in the room, it’s airtight, it’s better to replace it.
