GGuest UserStayed for three days and used many places
Facilities: Very good, normal temperature swimming pool, heated; basic gym equipment
Sanitation: OK, carpet is a common problem, always smells
Environment: There is a supermarket next to it, shopping is convenient, but there are pigeons gathering here, the bird droppings smell too strong, if not cleaned, the trees are full of them
Service: The front desk service is very good, the three front desk staff I met are all very good, the management is good
KKANYANI went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later.
Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small).
When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge.
There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.
GGuest UserThis hotel is out of the ordinary, being an ancient hacienda remodelled to provide a high standard of modern amenities. There is an extensive range of facilities, including horseback rides, tennis courts, a huge pool, and games rooms with pool tables. There are lots of activities at the weekends which unfortunately we missed as our stay was two nights midweek, but nevertheless we enjoyed every minute of our time here. Food is prepared to a high standard and the service is excellent.
GGuest UserThe finance is very beautiful and very large, and although they have a lot of staff, there is obviously no supervision needed. In the room that touched me, I closed the bathroom door and couldn't open, I assumed that I might have the insurance placed inside and when the closed, this was activated; I called the reception to send someone to open it and actually arrived a person from Then then the room was opened, but he realized that the plate was not working, he asked me if I could go for a new one to change it, he said it would not last, and he returned with a plate that was not in size, finally the door of the bath was opened. Later he returned and told me he had the right plate already, but I asked him to return to another day.
To complete, many mosquitos in the room, the truth is that I was already very tired to request the change of room, but I deserved it
王王The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.
GGuest UserThis hotel has a Japanese vibe, giving you the feeling of being in Japan while actually being in Mexico. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent amenities for long-term stays (like washing machines and kitchenettes in some rooms). The large public bath is a particularly commendable feature.
AAQxiaojiezaimoxigeThe location is very good, the entrance of the old town. Stayed for the third time. Very recommended, next time I come to stay, I don’t like the bedding in the room, it’s airtight, it’s better to replace it.
Jjose angel arizpeExcellent restaurant 👌 😉 staff in general super but super friendly , I am widely recommending , very nice rooms , good location clear that would come back, gave me room with view to the hostel
DDianaEl hotel es muy bonito, buena ubicación en el centro, muy limpio y el servicio bueno, lo único malo es que no ofrecen servicio de estacionamiento y los pocos lugares que tienen disponibles adentro no se los prestan a cualquiera
