I don't know why there is a DoubleTree by Hilton in a small city like Toluca. I don't think the location of the hotel is good, the opposite is the ruined building, which is in sharp contrast. There is Uber in the city and it takes about 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel may not open some facilities such as swimming pool to save money. But the environment is still good. Like for such a cheap price

First of all, the location is slightly remote, with two classic cars at the door. Sometimes there is only one person at the front desk, and English is not good. When we went to the airport, the front desk said that they did not have a free bus to give a black taxi. Breakfast is OK.

Business trip is suitable, not far from the destination, but there is still some distance from the Mexican city area. The hotel room is large, the health is very good, the reception will be English, there are many snack bars and Wal-Mart around, convenient for shopping. Staff members are friendly. Gabriel the manager speaks English. My friends happened to many places nearby but this is the one. Rooms are great and it has great food and pool. Make sure you explore the resort by climbing up to the top!
