AAnonymous UserThe stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff.
All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊
Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it.
Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious.
Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service.
Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall.
2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board .
3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room.
Negative Feedback:
1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in.
2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly.
3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures)
5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin.
6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted.
7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture).
8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed?
9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use.
We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Just some feedback on the water heater, it is so hard to control the heater cause it can be boiling hot and it’s too difficult to shower the kids with the unpredictable shower. They can’t shower with cold water cause of eczema thus we needed the heater.
The slide could also be dangerous cause of the steepness and it leads you to the wall, maybe a soft landing against the wall and floor would help ease the anxiety of kids playing around the slide.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views.
The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area.

AAnonymous UserStayed here for one night with my husband for his birthday! Inducted in the remarks that we are celebrating birthday and hotel provided simple Swiss roll cake and balloons. The room and toilet is good as usual, though the bath towels can tell they are very well washed and worn. Hotel breakfast is better now though, at least there are some dishes that are decently edible.

The only area that could be improved is the hygiene and cleanliness, which could be better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserBeautifullllll house with Good equipment and facilities and amenities. Loveeee the design. Good security hence a handful of check in steps but also reassures us that it’s safe especially for my husband who is worried about his car.
Owner extended checkout time to 12 pm for us out of goodwill. Very accommodating.
Just the aircon maybe need servicing because not cold enough even at 16 degrees. The door is pretty difficult to unlock, need some pull/push of the door. Otherwise, beautifullllllll house, comfortable stay and memorable one.

The room was relatively spacious for Malaysia, and the cleanliness was good, with a very comfortable bed. It was convenient to find places to eat downstairs and nearby, and taking a taxi to the mall wasn't far either. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and their service attitude was friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for a short stay or a weekend getaway in Johor Bahru.

DDTSgThe location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block.
After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes.
Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats!
Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.
