Delightful stay at this newly renovated hotel. Reception : staff r attentive n friendly, welcoming us with delicious freshly baked walnut cookies from their Pastry team. Room is clean n quiet. Bed is superb, the duck feather pillows r godsend from heaven. Shower is very clean, equipped with Crabtree &Evelyn shampoo & etc. Location is great. Just few min walk away from CIQ checkpoint. Must eat curry fish head at Kam Long Zai, Hiap Joo banana cake etc . The team is ever attentive, just a WhatsApp msg away for any inquiry. Probably 1 of the best hospitality among Johor Bahru hotels. Keep up the good work.

Overall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far. The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform. Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

The check-in time is at 3:00 PM, which feels quite late, while check-out is early at 11:00 AM. It would be much better if they offered an earlier check-in and a more flexible check-out. The check-in process requires calling customer service, who then send instructions—this can be confusing for international guests. To make matters worse, the local internet is slow, making it difficult to download the guidelines. Aside from these issues, the room was clean, fully equipped with amenities, convenient for families, and very close to Legoland.

We booked a stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour for 3 people to celebrate my wife’s birthday and opted to pay extra for a room with a ”Sea View.” We also reached out beforehand to ask for a small birthday surprise for her. Unfortunately, the ”sea view” was a major letdown. Instead of an open, pleasant coastal view, it was mostly looking out over surrounding developments and construction with very little actual water in sight—definitely not what you hope for when booking a special occasion room. On a positive note, I do want to give credit to the hotel staff for their service and effort. They did prepare a birthday cake for my wife as requested. While it wasn't set up in the room prior to our arrival as hoped—it showed up in our fridge on the second day after we returned from our day out—we still really appreciate that they remembered and made the gesture.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was a real disappointment. The selection was limited and consisted mainly of local dishes such as nasi lemak. Even the bread was hard—the slices snapped in half when I tried to spread butter on them. For a hotel that is considered one of the better options in JB, the food and beverage experience could be much improved. It was a very disappointing way to start the day. Fortunately, the hotel is connected to a good mall, where I could find something else to satisfy my cravings.

We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Had a pleasant stay at Space Residency! The location is excellent, just behind KSL Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring the area. There is also a great massage centre right below the lobby, along with plenty of good food options nearby. I must also compliment the admin team for being very responsive, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The only hiccup was the delayed check in, as the cleaners took longer than expected to prepare the unit. Other than that, everything was good, and we really enjoyed the convenience and overall experience. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel's location in Johor Bahru is a bit out of the way, but the advantage is its proximity to Legoland, just an 8-minute drive, which is convenient for families with kids. The Chinese food street is about a 10-minute drive away for dining options. There isn't much to eat around the hotel itself. The room facilities and equipment are pretty good, but the self-service washing machine is located in the underground parking lot and was quite confusing to use. It took us a while to figure it out before we could do our laundry. It costs 6 MYR per wash, and you need to exchange banknotes for coins at a separate machine.

We checked out earlier supposed to be we will checked out this afternoon but we already checked out last night. We cannot take it so many cockroaches and I report it and send the photo but there’s no action. Very disappointing additional on that the toilet really stinks like the urine smell. I can say they never clean the toilet properly cos the sink also have stain.

This has to be the worst Four Points by Sheraton I've ever stayed at 😅. The decor is on par with a 200-300 RMB budget hotel in China; only the lobby and corridors look somewhat decent. The soundproofing is abysmal. You can feel the floor vibrating when kids run and jump upstairs... and the constant hum of the air conditioning unit kept me awake all night. The hygiene was terrible; there were crumbs on the floor, and I even found a balloon left by a previous guest when I lay on the bed... The trash can in the bathroom was also very dirty... My first task after checking in was to clean the room with sanitary wipes. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to a supermarket, which was convenient for buying things.
