"AirBNB type of apartment stay, rooms are clean but the service yard is kinda messy and dirty. Location is at the center of the city, almost the only tall residential building there. Eatery is around."

Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient.
The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

CR_Limthe room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is decent, but not particularly strategic as it is not within walking distance of most attractions. However, getting around is convenient since Grab cars are readily available.
Although the hotel has undergone renovation, it still feels quite old in some areas. The bathroom had visible mould and a slight musty smell. The room lighting was also a bit dim which made the space feel less bright.
The interior decoration is nice and staffs are friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, but about 95% of the menu remains the same every day, so it can become repetitive for longer stays.

AC works superb
20mins away from KBR
Check in was smooth
Its an old hotel, well maintained
WiFi was strong
4 elevators but so slow
Swimming pool is small
Walking distance to most tourist attraction
Would recommend to stay 1 2 nights

hidayah awalludinOverall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to Pasar Siti Khadijah, Dataran Agrotruck, and other attractions in the city centre, making it very convenient to get around.
The room was clean and of an acceptable size—comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the lobby area, which had a projector screening FIFA matches, a vending machine, and a small kids’ play area.
The breakfast was just average. I went around 9:30 AM, and several items such as baked beans, baked potatoes, and sausages were not refilled. The variety was also quite limited.
Parking was convenient. There are a few covered parking spaces under the building, including an EV charger, as well as additional outdoor parking. Parking is free for hotel guests.
Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location, though the breakfast could be improved.

SyamizaOverall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the parking spaces were quite limited, so it could be difficult to find a spot during busy hours. Other than that, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again. Thank you.
