My room was spacious dan impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed, modern amenities like a safe, and lovely soft lighting. The staff were the true highlight, receptionists were friendly and efficient, thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent facilities. The hotel restaurant had a beautiful setting, and while pricier, the food quality was generally excellent.

Our stay at Paya Bunga Hotel was great. Receptionist assisted us with early check in which helps us as we arrived from KL early. Room was clean, with 2 swans greeting us inside ^^ The hotel provides quite nice breakfast buffet Gym and pool too are clean and enjoyable The hotel is attached to Paya Bunga Square so food and convenient store is easily accessible

Check in will be sharp 3:00pm…extremely very limited parking ya..but the hotel is walking by KTCC etc. after come back from dinner..have to park around 300-500 meter outside the hotel. They only have 2 lift only ya..😅It is an old hotel and their counter staff is not friendly except u speak their state language. But the price is cheap. If i know will add another night at RAIA. As i thought can early check in and change attire for program as speaker. What to do already booking one night.

”Glory in the Past” Strategic location (5-7 minutes to Kampung Cina), the staffs are friendly, the aircond is cold enough, basement parking is free & view of Jambatan Angkat. Other than that, wasn't that good staying experience. - Room smells moldy (carpet & moisture) - The bed sheet wasn't clean - Breakfast was just so so Back in the day, this hotel might be awesome but now I prefer staying in boutique hotel to be fair, at least it's new & fresh

Hotel 5 star tapi rasa mcm 2 star je...Booking deluxe king tapi katil mmg king tilam pulak queen.Selalu mana² hotel mmg saya akan booking katil king. Tp yg ni mmg booking king tapi tilam queen.Bila beritahu management mereka tetap menafikan, saya bukan minta ganti duit atau ape, cuma nak kan pengakuan sblm bg review, tp mereka tetap pertahankan itu mmg tilam king saya malas nak berdebat dah, langsir dgn kotor dan koyak, mcm ni ke 5 start punya tempat...bukti saya lampirkan sekali...

The room is in a strategic location, close to the city with a sea view. The staff were helpful, but the mattress was quite old and you could feel the sagging springs. The bathroom was also not very clean, possibly due to its age, with a damaged door. The overall quality and maintenance need improvement.

The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. The facilities were excellent – the pool was clean and relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also very convenient, close to local attractions and easy to access. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. I will definitely be coming back!

A perfect place to spend time with family. The most interesting thing here is the variety of activities to do—from horse riding, bowling ball and archery. It happened that when I came, the bathing pool was closed due to the maintenance of the pool. But, our family still happy because there are many more activities to do. The resort environment is also quiet with beautiful lake and beach views. the location of the resort is very strategic,just a few minutes walk to zarah middle tengku floating mosque,so it’s nice to take a walk in the evening while enjoying the beautiful scenery 😊

I stayed with a family of six in 2 interconnected rooms, everything was very well organised, buggy service was exceptional, food was the best if you like Asian and Indian food. Beach was very clean and sea was transparent as a glass.

My family and I just got back from an unforgettable two weeks at the Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa. Honestly, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It began the moment we stepped onto the ferry at Kuala Besut Jetty, the staff greeted us with such genuine, warm smiles. After a smooth 45 minute ride, we arrived at the resort, and I can honestly say we had an absolutely wonderful time. As we were staying for a full 14 nights, the resort kindly upgraded us to a Sanctuary Villa, which was such a generous and appreciated surprise. Their hospitality really stood out. Before booking, I’d done what everyone does, I went through all the major booking sites for reviews. And you know what? After our two-week stay, I couldn’t find a single flaw in the service. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s easily the best resort I’ve ever visited. We’re already dreaming about going back next Christmas!
