An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel's surroundings are incredibly beautiful. Inside, the decor is very unique and charming, with a lovely little garden and a pool. The front desk even gave us welcome cookies when we checked in, which was a really nice touch.

This is the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in on a trip, though I guess I haven't really stayed in many fancy places, haha. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and gave excellent tips. The bellboy delivered our luggage right to the door, which was a nice touch. You have to take a boat to get to town; it costs $10 per trip with a card, which is a bit pricey, but it was a unique way to travel. Because it's a bit far from the town center, it's very quiet at night with minimal light pollution. You can step outside and see the stars, and the pool is great. The room itself was fantastic, though the lighting was a little dim. The bathroom was spacious.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!

The person at reception was an Indian wearing a turban. I'm not sure if it was discrimination against Chinese people, but they gave us a room in the furthest, most secluded corner. The signal was also very poor; streaming videos was constantly buffering. All the pillows were incredibly high, making it feel like you'd get a stiff neck from sleeping on them. It was a very bad experience. Plus, it seems the hotel doesn't have a shuttle bus to town, so getting around is very inconvenient if you don't have a car. It's a 40-minute walk to town, and it's uphill and downhill.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

The environment and rooms are amazing! It's like living in a private manor, with a heated swimming pool, a huge courtyard lawn, and wild fruits. I strongly recommend that my compatriots come and experience it for one night. It is not a hotel in the downtown area, but to experience the real comfortable life of the locals.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, so it takes about 30 minutes to walk to town (downhill all the way). However, the scenery along the way is beautiful, so it's quite nice for those who enjoy walking and sightseeing. For shopping, it's better to drive (there's paid parking in town). Our lake-view room was a bit tricky to get to; we had to go up a few floors and then climb another flight of stairs. Carrying luggage was really tough, so I wouldn't recommend this room type if you mind hauling your bags. Other than that, everything else was fine, okay.

AAnonymous UserEverything else was great, but I'm not sure why there were a bunch of unwashed bath towels left in the washing machine in the room – that felt a bit off. Also, there's no elevator, so if you're on the second floor, you have to lug your luggage up and down.

The kitchen has all the utensils you need, which is convenient for people who want to cook their own meals. When checking in, I was touched by the cute cat at the front desk. The uncle at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and sent us to the door of the room. The overall feeling was very good! Worth recommending!
