"This is the most affordable accommodation nearby, so expect not too much. The basic cabin has a bunk bed, a table, a chair, and unlike other camps, there is an electric kettle, three tea cups, small bags of coffee and tea. Parking is available next to the house. The toilet, bathroom and kitchen are all shared. There is no washroom for washing, either in the kitchen or in the toilet, which is slightly inconvenient. But overall it is still possible. There is also a little shortcoming, there are cockroaches found in the room."

Location-wise, it's right by Wellington train station, making it a great choice if you're arriving by train or heading to London.
Facilities: They're quite old. The air conditioning was one of those large, vintage units I'd never seen before, and it was incredibly noisy, so I just turned it off. The room had a microwave and cutlery, and surprisingly, a mini-bar – which you usually don't find in hotels at this price point. However, there was a snag: no price list for the mini-bar. While I knew the bottled water in the fridge wouldn't be free, I was still surprised to be charged $7 upon checkout (when a similar bottle is around $2.50 at the supermarket).
Service: The downstairs restaurant has long operating hours. I was able to order a delicious burger after a late check-in, and grab a coffee and a pastry to go during an early checkout. Most of my positive impression comes from that restaurant.

PacificyvonnePrivate, professional excellent staff, service and amenities. Next to Te Papa museum, close to shops, restaurants and a variety of food places, New World and entertainment venues. Excellent for families, couples or solo traveller's. Recommend the Museum Appartment Hotel, an EVT Hotel to all visitors to Wellington. I will stay here again. Thank you.

Great spacious room, perfect for families. The bathtub was an added bonus I love that you can get Netflix and Disney Great breakfast lots of variety. Only disappointment was that the pool and spa are no longer an option being an extra plus on a rainy day with the kids but overall didn't diminish a positive experience.

Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯
Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

Guest UserWe had 1 night stay. Good facilities, like pool, Spa, Restaurant, however a few things need to improve to reach 4 star, like stated.
Our room was clean and tidy but some lights up in the ceiling were out, basin in the bathroom was very cracked.
We had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pizza, where the dough was slightly undercooked, no crisp, sloppy.
Filter coffee at breakfast, that was included had a colour of weak tea. But you were offered to pay extra for a coffee on top of $30, you already paid for a buffet breakfast.
Previously stayed here before, but I think it needs a lot of improvements as it's gone down quite a bit.

Binjuan Song (Bella)Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient.
The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

This was a short stopover in Wellington to board the early morning ferry to Picton as the hotel location was perfect for the city and ferry.. However we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Movenpick. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect and more. We were delighted with the complimentary chocolate buffet at 4pm most unexpected but delicious. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, located close to the airport, with good facilities and amenities. Rooms are quite dated, but kept very clean and tidy. Very good conference facilities. Great airport shuttle service provided to and from the hotel.
