GGuest UserExcellent! It's clean and the facilities are quite new. Getting around is convenient; it's a 15-minute Uber ride to the airport for 120 RMB. You can also discuss extending your stay by an hour or two with the front desk. The breakfast is good too. There are Japanese ramen, steak, and Vietnamese restaurants nearby, so Chinese diners won't have any trouble finding food.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent. The restaurant offers direct sea views, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Wellington logo and a large supermarket.
Service: No one helped with luggage.
Facilities: The washing machine in the room was broken, and the staff seemed helpless about it – it was truly awful, as I booked this hotel specifically for the convenience of doing laundry. The air conditioner in the bedroom is a Mitsubishi wall-mounted unit, which is incredibly noisy and blows directly onto one of the beds, making it impossible to sleep. It gets quite cold if you don't turn it on at night.
Cleanliness: The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but otherwise acceptable. However, every time I picked up a plate or cup at the restaurant, there were small black particles of dust floating on them.
Breakfast: Each person can order one main dish. On weekdays, the buffet selection is limited, but it's much richer on weekends with several hot dishes.

GGuest UserGreat spacious room, perfect for families. The bathtub was an added bonus I love that you can get Netflix and Disney Great breakfast lots of variety. Only disappointment was that the pool and spa are no longer an option being an extra plus on a rainy day with the kids but overall didn't diminish a positive experience.

The room was excellent with very comfortable bed.
We also used the restaurant & had a lovely meal, with very good service. Also very good breakfast before we left too.

Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯
Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

GGuest UserWe had 1 night stay. Good facilities, like pool, Spa, Restaurant, however a few things need to improve to reach 4 star, like stated.
Our room was clean and tidy but some lights up in the ceiling were out, basin in the bathroom was very cracked.
We had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pizza, where the dough was slightly undercooked, no crisp, sloppy.
Filter coffee at breakfast, that was included had a colour of weak tea. But you were offered to pay extra for a coffee on top of $30, you already paid for a buffet breakfast.
Previously stayed here before, but I think it needs a lot of improvements as it's gone down quite a bit.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to Te Papa Museum, the waterfront, and even the Old Bank building where Jay Chou filmed. While it's not a new hotel, the facilities are well-maintained, and the service is great. The breakfast selection and quality are quite good for New Zealand, and you can order à la carte. They don't provide bottled water in the room; you have to call reception for it. When you do, they bring two large bottles of filtered iced water, which is a minor inconvenience for someone like me who drinks a lot of water.

思思We booked a two-bedroom suite. Strictly speaking, it is OK. There are more flies here. Because we feel that there are more flies, we close the door after it is finished. It is very hot! Everything else is good! The equipment space is just right!
