The hotel room was very clean, with a daily supply of water, coffee and tea. Breakfast was also great with a wide range of choices. The best part was the amazing rooftop swimming pool. Super cool! Very kind and helpful staff 😊

We had a great stay, location is good when you have a rental car to drive to close places. They have good restaurants nearby which are walkable. Staff is really friendly. Big plus: They have a free public washing room for hotel guests including dryer, just make sure to have or buy some detergent.

Excellent hotel, renovated, clean rooms, very polite staff, most importantly 200 meters to the beach. I would like to thank the girls from the reception, Sarisa and Natty, they helped a lot with searching for information in Oman, finding the companies I needed, telling me how to get there, and thanks for the room with a gorgeous view of the sea. I will definitely come here only. I recommend this hotel.

Flawless check-in, very kind people at the reception. However, the room was terrible. When I entered, the stale air met me — despite the air conditioner, I had a feeling, the room wasn't ventilated well enough. The one single window facing the wall and not providing a sunlight was not possible to open. The beds were really hard. Like, floor hard. In the bathroom there was smell from the sewer, stale air. In addition to all of that, there was a construction work nearby. Perfect conditions for the prolonged heavy jet lag. I would never give this hotel 4 stars.

This was a great hotel APART from the very strong air freshener used inside the rooms, which was so strong I could taste it in my mouth! The kind hotel actually used the ozone machine to suck the air out of a room for me but it hardly made any difference. I stayed over a week and it took about 4 days for the smell to wear off. I would suggest not using such an overpowering smell in the rooms as surely it must be uncomfortable for many guests. But the food was great, staff were great, rooftop and pool -- I would certainly recommend if you don't mind very intense air freshener!

Excellent location - close to shops, eateries, minutes away from the airport bus. Great pool on the roof top with panoramic views. Breakfast is fine with hot food selections changing from day to day. The staff, both at the reception and restaurant, was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you! The room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were acceptable. One suggestion is to retire some of the old towels; some were frayed at the edges.

From checking in to checking out it was faultless. Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service! Room was perfect Gym was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was amazing Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic. Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit. Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid.

Mercure is always a great choice. The room was really big and clean. The hotel is really modern and nice. They have a free parking. Breakfast was good! And they also have a really good room service

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.
