We reserved for an overnight stay and here are some points good/average/not so good (I won't say bad because their hotel is new and tourism, hotels are just getting back on their feet from pandemic) The rates: 3,500 for a room What's in the room: 2 queen size bed 👍👍👍 Area is ample for the room 👍👍👍 The Furniture - one hanging desk for your personal stuff and can be used as desk for working using laptops But I think it's not yet fully completed because the outlet is not easily accessible (please provide grommet at the desk for outlet socket access) Kettle is plugged either on the side table or inside the bathroom lavatory counter. -No small fridge (which a 3,500 room rate should have) - Wardrobe open cabinet is nice - space for shoes is okay too! -one bedside table with drawer -rack for luggage -TV and heater (but ours was currently not working so 😩 nah for me) bathroom: a bit tight, shower should be located where the lavatory counter is, and lavatory counter should be at the location of the shower... With Bidet, trash in, tissue, big mirror, spacious lavatory counter, the glass partition should be check, purposed of preventing the water splashing all over the bathroom is not achieved. Please add robe hooks 😊 Complimentaries: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and refillable pump shampoos and conditioner 👍👍👍👍👍 sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and 2 bottled water Cleanliness: 1 to 10. I give 8 ❤️. Amenities Pool, Cafe, open bar (the bar code) Wide parking spaces Spa and massage rooms Service Guards are polite and gives good assistance especially to pwd's My mom is well assisted. Crew: They are limited but so far needs extra effort when in greeting guests. The tone of greetings and smiling eyes are good impressions for guests. Service - we asked for the luggage cart and it took 20 mins to arrive when we are about to check out. We asked for extra pillow around 5:30pm and it was not provided, we left the room for dinner arrived 10pm And asked again for the pillow. 15mins then it was delivered. Food : complimentary breakfast Is good. With coffee too ❤️ We haven't ordered other in their menu So I can't rate much for the food. Ambience - nice and clean, Bravo! for the stairs, you will never get tiring going up nor down. Elevator is okay to!!! Overall - it's an average stay but with potential to be awesome. And probably next visit would be much better. Looking forward to PROXY BY the Oriental Hotel!!!

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

In fact, the sanitary conditions are still very wide, just throwing away the ants, the scenery is great, the mountain is exclusive, and the volcano is not tired and comfortable all day long! And firework shows! The hotel can arrange transfers and entertainment! There are toiletries and a hair dryer. I read other reviews before and said nothing, which caused me to bring more hair dryers .....

This hotel is at the heart of the city and is offering cheap but okay accommodations. The room is big, the ACU is strong, elevators functioning, staff efficient- only issue I have is the very strong smell of cigarette.

The Hotel St. Ellis has the best breakfast buffet I've found anywhere, compared to at least a dozen hotels in the U.S. It also has a small but wonderful swimming pool, very good service, and a terrific shower. The biggest negative is that it provides absolutely no written instructions for operating the air conditioning, the TV, the Wifi, and the lights. It provides just one room key, no matter how many people are staying in the room. The air conditioning goes off at night, and can be restarted only by standing on a chair and pressing the button, but they don't tell you that. My wife and I suffered from overheating on the first night. Operating the TV requires pressing 2 or 3 buttons. The room has a power key -- a plastic card that must be inserted on a slot to get any electricity. I had to ask a staff member to connect by phone by WiFi on the ground floor and again on the 3rd floor, because they have 2 different systems. It took my wife and me a full day to figure everything out. The other family members, in another room, never did figure out the air conditioning, and suffered through all 3 nights. It would take the hotel staff less than an hour to write out all these instructions on a single page and print a copy for each room, but they don't bother. If they did, I would give the hotel 4 and a half stars. Other members of my family were so confused by the lack of instructions that they gave the hotel just 3 stars. Their other complaint was that the walls on the stairway are in serious need of painting and repair, but this didn't really bother me. Please, Hotel St. Ellis: get off your butts and write out the instructions!

With a smiling face and friendly conversation, I learned about their positive experiences relating to their work involvement and satisfaction while heading to the airport, reflecting their longevity and loyalty to the organization. When I arrived at the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by the hotel's staff, including the convivial security guard, who ensured the incoming guest was shaded with an umbrella. With some refreshments offered by the concierge and the on-duty managers, Mr. Dennis Serrano and Mr. Galang, thank you for making my six days stay so memorable and extraordinary. I was assisted by Miss Ariane swiftly in processing the accommodation and the different services the hotel can offer to their customers. While staying at Avenue Plaza Hotel, guests can access a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, and baggage storage. You can also enjoy a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. I am so grateful for meeting the hotel's staff members and extending their unwavering hospitality and pure dedication to their work in serving their guests and supporting them in pursuing excellence in assisting their visitors. Kudos to Mr. Sy, Rodel, Nel, et al. for preparing their guests' daily hearty and sumptuous breakfasts. The administrative staff, Jessica and Rosell, assisted us in preparation for the upcoming event of my mother's 80th birthday next year. If I have missed some names, my apology, and I will never forget your genuine service and dedication to serving your customers. Lastly, I will recommend the hotel to anybody I meet and interested in visiting Naga City! It's an accurate sample of excellent hospitality.

New hotel built next to the Robinson shopping center. Splendid lobby and warm welcome from the staff The check in and check out procedures went very smoothly The rooms are spacious and comfortable and offer a beautiful open view The restaurant has a varied menu and good home-made dishes Regarding the points negatives to improve: - service problems in the restaurant (dishes arriving cold or lukewarm) - presence of a few ants at breakfast on the condiments - small, pleasant but unsupervised swimming pool (presence of many screaming children disturbing the tranquility of the place) - work in the room below at 7 a.m., not worthy for a hotel of this quality - hotel slightly out of the center Despite these defects noted, the hotel remains probably one of the best in the city and I would return with pleasure
