Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. Very good large room right next to a good sized clean swimming pool Wi-Fi and TV with YouTube worked really well Service desk were kind and helpful The cleaning of room prompt and efficient There are lots of tricycles pass by for the short ride to the mall or the other end of town All in all would surely recommend staying there Value for money especially on a promo rate Well done Hanabee resort ♥Salamat

We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our ”complaints” very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our ”problems”. The ”hassle”. I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again.

Staff : friendly, helpful, accommodating, and providing ”top tier” hospitality The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is only a 2-5 minute drive or a short walk from the Puerto Princesa International Airport. rooms are spacious, clean, well-designed with unique hand-painted murals, and having very comfortable beds.

The hotel is beautiful!! Our room is amazing!! Love all the sculptures and fine details they have all over the hotel. The pools are huge and water is nice and warm! The staff is welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to other travelers.

I booked a room with a balcony on Trip.com, but the room I was shown was a single window room with no balcony. The staff explained that there were various types of rooms available. I wasn't satisfied, so I spoke to them and they changed my room to one with a balcony, although it took some time. The staff were very friendly.

We only stayed one night but elsewhere for 6 nights we would liked to have found this place earlier and stayed for the whole week very nice staff nice food lovely room and a great view will definitely stay here when in Puerto galera next 👍👍

The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here.
