As I couldn't cancel the reservation I suggested that I could compensate for some of the impossibility of using the indoor pool. The next day they contacted me to say they offered me a welcome drink and traditional sweets, as well as the possibility of late check out. On the day of the reservation, when I checked in, they told me that the indoor pool was already available for use, as I was not warned that I was not ready to use the pool. In addition, the offers that they had told me would be offered were not at any time realised. I can only say that in terms of customer management, the service is not of any quality for a 4-star hotel. I have a very negative experience, which has ended up affecting a weekend escape.
