Take a house for 1 night to rest after skating on the board. Very cozy house, there is everything necessary in the kitchen to cook dinner: dishes, stove, shelter, refrigerator, microwave. A little cool in the frost, but it is decided by having a heater. The bed for sleep on the second floor is very comfortable and warm as the warm air is mostly accumulated there. There is a folding sofa in the kitchen bottom, and you can accommodate in the 4th house if necessary.

A fantastic hotel 🥹 This is my first truly heartfelt review. It's very close to the train station, a 10-minute walk. Although it's a bit far from the main street, the surrounding area is very quiet, and we slept very well. There's a beautiful park nearby, not crowded, and it's perfect for taking photos when it snows; you can even see a group of adorable dogs at night. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. We needed to catch an early flight when we checked out, so we asked the hotel in advance and they prepared a lunchbox. The sandwiches were quite good, and the buffet breakfast was typical white food—the taste was okay, but the desserts were a bit too sweet for Chinese tastes. The coffee was excellent. It happened to be my birthday when I checked in, and the hotel prepared a birthday surprise for me. They gave me a birthday cake with breakfast, and when I returned, I found a birthday letter and chocolates! A very warm and welcoming hotel 🥹 P.S. It would be even better if they could offer to help with luggage; my luggage was too big to carry.

It is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. The rooms are comfortable, good linen, there were cups, tea bags, but we missed a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is good, thank you.

The front desk service was not very enthusiastic. The next morning, two elevators were broken. The location is very good, just across the street from Metro Line 5. When checking out, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and quick. I stayed in three hotels during the entire trip to St. Petersburg. I think this one has the best value for money and is also the most convenient for travel. The service awareness needs to be improved.

I visit St. Petersburg regularly, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. I loved its location, within walking distance of many tourist routes and attractions. There's a restaurant nearby that offers a delicious menu, and hotel guests receive an additional discount. The hotel staff was very attentive and responsive. We were accommodated on the 6th floor in a cozy and very quiet room overlooking the courtyard. Upon check-in, while they were carrying our bags, they recited a poem about the place and the Russian architect. My son was delighted.

Overall, it's not bad. The location is very convenient for public transportation—the metro is across the street, and there are tram and bus stops nearby. Across the street is a shopping center where you can buy groceries and eat. The hotel's downsides: The water pressure is weak on the higher floors. The air conditioning in the rooms (maybe only in winter) doesn't work. This creates problems with ventilation and fresh air. A small rug or tray in the hallway would be greatly appreciated. The city is constantly dirty, and everything drips onto the floor. Daily cleaning solves this. It would also be helpful to add something to sit on when putting on shoes. Elderly people might find it uncomfortable, and the chairs in the rooms are high. The rooms have everything you need for a stay, including cooking and laundry facilities. However, each room seems to be different. Please confirm this upon check-in. A solid 4.

Great location, friendly service. Overall, everything is comfortable and clean. Cons: The description says the pool and spa are included in the price. In reality, only three hours from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. are free. Other times require an additional fee. Of course, if you want to use the sauna, you can pay extra—it's not much—but it left an unpleasant feeling of being scammed. If you like to breathe, you'll have problems. The ventilation system clearly can't cope. The air is stale; you have to get used to living in hypoxia. The windows don't open, so it's hard to breathe.

Хороший отель в удобном расположении, так как метро находится прямо напротив отеля. До центра ехать около 20 минут. В самом отеле есть рестораны и магазины, а также ТЦ рядом с метро. Номер маленький, зато смогли компактно вместить всё необходимое, даже мини кухню (на кухне есть посуда, холодильник, плита и микроволновка). Фишка данного номера – большая кровать возле панорамного окна. Есть две шторы, которые управляются кнопками. Каждый день была уборка номера, добавляли воду, чай, сахар, шампунь и гель для душа.

The room was very clean, but the area was small. There was a small bar in the lobby downstairs. It was suitable for a cup of vodka. The location was on the elevated side, but the soundproofing was good and the impact was not big.
