The first night, I booked a room directly at the front desk for 4000 rubles without breakfast. The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!
A terrible hotel, I'll explain why. Firstly, why five stars? A shabby room, old furniture, and amenities provided per person, even though a family was staying there. Breakfast is always included at a 5 star hotel, but here you've gone for a trick. Don't want to get it a little cheaper? Breakfast itself is 3,000 rubles per person, which is crazy. You could have dinner in a decent restaurant for that amount. The only thing is the location, but then again, you'll have to walk about 15 minutes to the embankment. There are no coffee shops nearby, mind you.
Before you check in, you must ask the boss for the password and room number. The room number starts with 1 and starts at the first door on the left, and 2 is at the second, and so on. The password and room number sent to us by the store at the beginning were actually wrong. I don't know which corner the video that was turned out to do not match the current room number. Moreover, the service facilities of this hotel, including the bar kitchen, are in Building 1. If you live in Building 2/3, he will not take the initiative to send you the password for Building 1. The store responded very slowly. At that time, he dragged his luggage at the door of minus 20 degrees and waited for 20 minutes before he replied. He still met the kind guest who opened the door for us to go in and warm up.
Go out and walk left across the road, a western food on the corner is delicious.
Hygienic: very clean hotel
The location is also good, not far from various attractions
Be sure to order breakfast, breakfast is in the restaurant next door, there is a special menu, a staple food, a pancake, a drink, a dessert, a set of lunch do not have to eat ~
When I first arrived at the hotel, I was really frightened by the 36 large 10-story concrete jars behind, but I felt quite spectacular when I got used to it. The hotel is very good. First it is very clean and almost spotless. Secondly, it is very convenient. There is a 24-hour medium-sized supermarket about 100 meters away from the door. There is a cash machine that supports UnionPay at the entrance of the supermarket. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the supermarket. The 7T road runs every 2-4 minutes, and the terminal is the railway station. It’s convenient to go anywhere, and you can turn to No. 60 to the lighthouse; turn left and diagonally opposite, there is a cafe that is charming and delicious, and the price is cheap. There is also a big bakery in the past, with a lot of cakes in the store. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is 1500 rupees. The only drawback is that the bed is too small, smaller than the school bed.
room cleaner
This is definitely the best hotel
The price is relatively expensive
Stayed for three days
Before leaving, check-out was delayed until 4:00.
Very humane
The breakfast is not different, I think it is average
The European food on the second floor is not good either.
The restaurant is empty
I saw this homestay on the local reservation platform in Russia, and found that Trip.com also has it here!
Service: It is more convenient to have a WhatsApp. Contact the hotel directly without the front desk, but will send you very detailed information about how to find the room. It is like playing in the secret room to escape. You have to pay a deposit of 7000-10000 rubles.
Environment: Very close to the city center, you can walk to any famous attractions in the city center (church, restaurant for eating) in minutes. There is also a clear bar next door.
Hygienic: very clean, the bathroom is also! You can see that it is cleaned well.
Facilities: The scenery of the balcony is amazing! ! I booked a quadruple room, but it was actually a sofa bed for two people, but the bed was very comfortable. If you can accept a room for four people, this price is very worth it!
The room is not small, facing the bay, the view is good. But the breakfast is too simple and there is no choice but to be quantitative. Obviously, you can go directly from the hotel to the place where you eat breakfast, and it is unreasonable to let the guests circle from the outside.

Very Good
The room was quite warm, not as scary as some reviews mentioned. It was clean and hygienic. There's a small supermarket a few dozen meters ahead, and a general store a few hundred meters further on. The milk and bread were delicious. Transportation is convenient for those who like to walk. It's within a 30-minute walk to attractions, and taxis are inexpensive; 20 yuan is usually enough to get anywhere. Just be sure to have small change ready, as ride-hailing drivers here often don't give change and you might get ripped off.
The hotel apartment is contactless. The owner's WeChat is on the door; after adding him, he'll send you the access code and all the details. Stepping inside, it immediately felt warm; there were radiators everywhere, making it very hot. The room was quite spacious, with an open kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We were a group of three; we entered ”3 people” when booking, so the room had a double bed and a tatami mat, a dining table, TV, hairdryer, iron, and very thick slippers. There were also bath towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs—all provided for three people. The room was very warm due to the many radiators. So far, the only thing I've found—which isn't really a drawback—is the lack of breakfast. Even if there were, we might not have been able to enjoy the food. For any questions, just contact the hotel management via WeChat. I took a taxi directly from the airport. It's next to the police station, so it seems quite safe, at least it appears so. There's a small church behind it, with lots of pigeons at the entrance. Next to the church is an aquarium. It's a 10-minute walk to Victory Square and only 5 minutes to the beach. I think the location is excellent. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby where you can buy everything except hot water.

The room was very comfortable, with complete facilities and an elegant environment. Just outside, you'll find the seaside, the Grand Fleet, the Orthodox Church, and submarines all within easy reach. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were very thorough and attentive. The breakfast in the dining room was plentiful, and the staff spoke English. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were very skilled and handled check-in quickly. I have to highlight the front desk staff. First, they all spoke English. Remember to wake up early the next morning at 4:00 a.m. after my last night. I agreed with the front desk staff and they would remind me promptly the next day. But here's the kicker: when I went down to the first-floor front desk at 4:30 a.m. to check in, the staff suddenly handed me a large bag of food—not just a small bag, mind you!—it contained mineral water, juice, sandwiches, bread, and two large bowls of Russian breakfast—I can't even pronounce the names. I was so touched. Wake-up calls are common in China, but I've never encountered such a sumptuous breakfast. I truly commend you for your excellent service. 👍
I found this guesthouse on a local Russian booking platform and also booked it through Ctrip! Service: It's more convenient to have your own WhatsApp account to contact the hotel directly. There's no front desk, but they'll send you very detailed information about the rooms and how to find them—it's like an escape room! A deposit of 7000-10000 rubles is required. Environment: Very close to the city center; you can walk 10-15 minutes to any of the city's famous attractions (churches, restaurants). There's also a bar next door. Cleanliness: Very clean, including the bathroom! You can tell it's been thoroughly cleaned. Facilities: The view from the balcony is amazing!! I booked a four-person room, but it's actually a double room plus a sofa bed converted. However, the bed is very comfortable. If you can accept four people sharing a room, it's excellent value for the price and location!
