Radisson Hotel Madinah in Medina is an absolute gem for pilgrims and travelers! The rooms are quiet, clean, and bright, with fully equipped and easy-to-use facilities. The service team is attentive and helpful, proactively offering directions. Transportation is convenient, and the dining options are both delicious and hygienic, ensuring a worry-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Medina!
Friendly and helpful service crews. Easy access to the shopping center. Well maintained and decent gym and swimming pool. Highly recommend if travel to Madinah for business or pleasure.
I think I'll always remember this evening,
little silver capsule-like campervans,
landed in the rolling valleys of El Ola,
they were miniature, adorable, small yet perfectly formed!
In the huge tents near the campsite,
people played all sorts of games. As sunset approached,
the afterglow lingered in the sky,
we sat amidst the vast desert and the heavens,
and the time seemed to pass by in a way that didn't matter.
After it was completely dark,
the long-awaited Rock Movie time arrived.
Following the twinkling lights,
strangers gathered together to watch a movie projected onto the rocks,
everything was simply too beautiful…
And above, a sky full of stars accompanied me on my walk home.
Breakfast is rich in variety, but the Chinese can not eat much, buffet-style Western food. Can bring children, is a good place for family travel, swimming pools and beaches are suitable for children to play, there is parking lot, ample space. The hotel is located on a separate island.
I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.
Location not so far from haram.. a lot of local youngster hangouts with friends to drink a coffee here.. I saw many girls hair free here some of them driving and they having a short hair too.. modern Arabian
Service: Check-in was a bit slow; breakfast was quite poor, with few varieties and poor quality. The bread and cakes seemed to be unpacked.
Hygiene: The hygiene was OK, but one bath towel was missing.
Environment: Very close to the beach and not too far from the restaurant.
Facilities: The bedside lamp in the room was broken, but it was OK for one night
Motel is old and is not up to the standards of Radisson Blu. Reminds me of Hotels / Motels from the 1960’s or 1970’s. The staff is good and service is good. Made up for the old facilities. The breakfast is very good. The night buffet is overpriced and gives a 30% discount for local residents, but not for hotel guests. The hotel is near the water but no beach. I thought the hotel way overpriced for the old facilities.
The room is clean and tidy, nice, the food is delicious, I didn't expect their fried rice to be so good, suitable for Chinese taste, the front desk lady is very nice, patient and friendly, the waiter is also good
Very Good

Great
Lli.ohaoThe hotel's location is a definite highlight, absolutely stunning. However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.

NNawaf Javed ParkarExperience one of AlUla's finest resorts, boasting outstanding hospitality and an unbeatable location surrounded by nature. The swimming pool provides breathtaking views, and the breakfast is simply incredible. It's the perfect escape for families and friends alike.
GGuest UserI'd give the hotel I stayed at, alula, a 3 overall. The location was okay, with convenient dining and shopping nearby, and the room was reasonably clean.
However, the service was lacking. Perhaps due to the large number of guests, the check-in process took almost half an hour, and even the wait for a bottle of water from the room service was quite long. The most inconvenient thing was that few staff members spoke Chinese, so asking for directions required gestures and translation software, which was quite a hassle.
It would have been much better if the hotel had fewer people and if there was Chinese service.

董董颖The tent shared the public service as Banyan Tree, which is one of the main reason we chose it. The surrounding view at Ashar tent area is normal, but closer to the reception for check in and breakfast.
The service is good and staffs were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with beautiful view, which was the best part of the whole stay.
The public pool is under maintenance now which only allow for photo shooting.
Overall it’s good, but if the the exterior space decoration with furniture could be upgraded a little bit more( we were not willing go outside during night ) will be helpful for the overall experience.

LLaoxueziThe hotel did not have a tourist map or guide to Alula, and self-driving was difficult:
1. I didn't know how to get to Hegra, North gate? South gate? Navigation was difficult. Later I learned that 375...9200...70
2. There were no business hours for the attractions. I arrived at Elephant Rock at 13:00 and it said it would open at 16:00. I arrived at Hegra at 15:40 and it was closed.
International hotels have tourist brochures and maps, etc. Tour groups are fine, but independent travel is difficult. I hope this will be improved.
