I was at this hotel during my business trip. If you are looking for a nice hotel close to the Tunadal - that's the best option which you can get. Also it's not so far from Sundsvall Center and they have a lot of parking spots.

Everything is perfect, very new hotel, very new building. The room was a bit small, very clean and the window view was beautiful. Walking out of the hotel is by the river, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat across the bridge. The restaurant to the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. Parking to find the parking lot by yourself, you have to pull the luggage for a while is more inconvenient.
The Bar on the top floor is beautiful and the view is very good. The pool has a sauna. Unfortunately, it was not open when I went.
