The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience.
The location is also perfect, especially during winter, with direct access to ski slopes, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities.

Uumie HanifiIt was our 1st time in uludag. The hotel is huge and has amazing staff especially the porter (i forgot his name). He is super pleasant.
We didnt get the breakfast in hotel as it was too expensive. The room is clean n nice.

I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?
The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

GGuest UserThe hotel was spotless, the staff were very polite and friendly. Tea time and treats were much better and delicious than we expected. Well done to the chef. Creating a quiet area in the spa section is a very good idea, but in this section we once encountered a family with children aged 3-4, and once we encountered interesting guests jumping into the pool. Fortunately, their fun (!) did not last long. Maybe it would be good if there was a staff member in the spa department who monitors such situations from time to time and warns them if necessary. Secondly, it was extremely hot everywhere in the spa area. The water is already quite warm, steam room, sauna etc. We also use it, but when the ambient temperature is around 30-35 degrees, it gets a little overwhelming. Also, the temperature of both pools is high, only the jacuzzi in the quiet area is a little cooler, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool instead. There are food and beverages, markets, taxis, etc. around the hotel. options available.
We went as a group of friends and had a great time. It's a hotel I would definitely consider going back to. Thank you so much for everything.

GGuest UserVery neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.
