Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness.
That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious.
The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue."

"The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time."

JJJQxxxSuper hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!

CClaire MBellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising!
The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day.
The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful!
Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture).
The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍
The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️
So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

GGuest UserThis is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

WWoaixiangcaobingjilingThe hotel was pretty good and the rooms were clean. I booked one twin room and one king room; they weren't in the same building but were quite close. The interior environment was nice, with a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the South Gate of Pamukkale, from where you can walk downhill to the Middle Gate. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant too, and the food was very tasty.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it's pretty good. The location is very close to the attractions, within walking distance. The rooms are clean and quiet, and all the necessary amenities are provided. However, there are some minor drawbacks: the hot water isn't very hot, and there was only lukewarm water when showering at night; the sink countertop is slanted, causing water droplets to run down to the floor and make it wet; and when the power was cut off when the room key was removed, the refrigerator's power was also cut off, causing the food inside to become somewhat stale.
