No passage from closed parking to lobby. The driving plates are insufficient. Eating is beautiful, the pool is beautiful.

I loved the unique design of each room. This is the hotel’s strongest point. We got the Shaman in the ground floor but upgraded to Sanctuary because of the access to the terrace and better bed (+ sofa). I also enjoyed the pool, the library and the bar/lounge & restaurant. The food was excellent, breakfast (a la carte for the eggs, but a huge spread was provided each morning), portions decent and prices reasonable. Housekeeping could use some improvement (more towels, better cleaning, doing everything the same not completely differently). Staff was polite and professional, but distant, lacking the human touch. We had to ask that sauna be turned on and then wait for it to warm up but it was never really hot, just like the Hamam. The massages and private tours were insanely expensive so we didn’t get them there. The lunch box on our last day was disappointing.

Considering it is a 3-star property, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I requested for a cave room with a window, which was definitely the right choice—it made the space feel much fresher and ensured great ventilation, so it didn't feel damp or stuffy at all. The layout and style were truly unique and interesting. Also, the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious! However, the facilities are quite dated. The biggest issue was the water supply: it was very difficult to adjust the temperature for both the taps and the shower. The hot water was inconsistent, and we often had to wait for a very long time before it finally heated up enough to use comfortably. On the service side, the regular staff members were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always polite. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager. During our stay, we had an issue with our luggage and asked the hotel for assistance. Instead of helping or showing any willingness to resolve the problem, the manager was uncooperative and rude. He provided misleading information and told us to call the police but threatened us that if is not the hotel's fault, he will sue us instead, what's worse is that he threatened we would not be able to leave Cappadocia due to the investigation. This was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position. In short, the room and location are okay for the price, but be prepared for inconsistent hot water and, more worryingly, very poor and threatening behavior from the male manager if you ever need help.

The room was very spacious. Melissa, the manager (in my heart), offered me some delicious black tea, and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. The two ladies at the front desk were also very kind. When I arrived, a taxi driver ripped me off, and they listened to my complaints, helping to ease my frustration. I am very satisfied with the entire Marriott group; I don't regret choosing such a trustworthy hotel. Friendly reminder: You can call the hotel in advance to book a shuttle, which will be much cheaper than a taxi. Also, the staff here are very enthusiastic, so feel free to chat with them when they're not busy.

One of the best travel experiences by staying at Ennar Cave Hotel. The cave setting was amazing and very comfortable. Excellent hospitality, and I can not emphasise enough how good the service was. Always available for a request or query, highly recommended for anyone wanting to plan a trip to Cappadocia.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

This is truly a magnificent hotel with a quality of services at the highest level. You absolutely have to visit the spa and enjoy the golden fingers of the masseuses (Tarima Kasim!) who offer all types of massages at a reasonable price for this type of establishment. The indoor pool is sumptuous and there is also an outdoor pool and a shaded garden where it is possible to quench your thirst or have a meal. Our suite was very well equipped, vaulted in stone, with a jacuzzi and a very spacious bathroom. The bedding is very comfortable, the wifi fast, the television large with many channels and connectable with android. The air conditioning could be more efficient but is nevertheless sufficient. Above all, the large window overlooks a hill where you can have fun observing for a long time the old local troglodyte dwellings which are magnificently lit at sunrise. There is no shortage of activities and the hotel offers a wide range, from hot air balloon rides to quad biking and horse riding, always with an appreciable level of very high-end service. The breakfast is truly wonderful with a live demonstration of how to make delicious local pancakes made by a young girl (whose seat could perhaps be made more comfortable?). Fresh orange juice, many local cheeses and dried fruits... The restaurant closes late and offers interesting local specialties to taste. The service is all the more attentive as the hotel managers speak English. Ask to take advantage of the visit to the basement to discover the incredible troglodyte suites whose refinement is matched only by the authenticity of the decoration made of diverse local objects. All encircled around another swimming pool, they are really all more beautiful than the others but obviously have a price accordingly...

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.
