"Hotel only to just stay if there is no force right now. It is clear that it is Tanzania and the price is low. Booked one room but settled in another. After addressing the resepshne gave another room. The staff tried to help in other issues, but more experience needs to be acquired."

GGuest UserGreat place to spend couple days in calm and relaxing environment. We spent only one night here after arrival to Arusha and before starting our safari. I wish we had more days here. We stayed in villa which is big enough for family of four, it was equipped with everything we needed. There also was a private pool in the villa but we did not use it is it was quite cool. Nice breakfast was included into cost of accommodation so we got enough energy to start our safari then.

Any wishes of guests are executed with sincere care and attention. The hospitality level is striking, and in Tanzania this hotel has become a real second home for us. Activities with animals an unforgettable experience that remains in the heart for life. We will definitely return here again

KKevin romanThe staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

GGuest UserI had a very good and comfortable stay at this place! The room was clean and spacious. Even though it was a little difficult to adjust the temperature, I could take a hot shower. Sadly, hair dryer was broken but they provided a fan.
Staffs were very friendly and kind. There’s also a kitchen that guests can use for free, which I also found very helpful. I would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay because the staff were very friendly and nice. They were very clean not just my room but the whole place. The swimming pool and the yard were always spotless. They are constantly cleaning and watering the plants and scrubbing the edges of the walls. It was just a pleasure to stay there.

TTatsuyaaaaIt is a very beautiful hotel. The room is large and there is no mosquito worry. Wi-Fi was also connected in the room and it was very comfortable.
The bathtub was also jacuzzi, but unfortunately it was broken (it didn't matter to me because it was enough in the shower)
Breakfast is better not to expect that.
