As a Diamond member, I am very familiar of the perks/extras that each hotel within the Hilton network offers. This was the FIRST time that I had ever encountered such a rude and unprofessional front desk staff member (woman). I checked in a little after midnight and she complained that I had messed up her night audit because my card declined. SN: I lock my debit card when I am traveling almost immediately after making any purchase. I only unlock the card right before I use it and it gets locked back. Nevertheless, she attempted to run my card before I arrived therefore, it declined. She was not warm nor was she welcoming. She didn't give me the bag that I normally get which contains water and or snacks. My check in date was 3/24 but technically it was 3/25 because it was after midnight when I actually checked in. Nevertheless, I got to the room and there wasn't any linen nor pillows in the room for the sofa bed. My wife realized that I didn't receive any water or snacks like we always do at other Hilton brand hotels. I went back to the desk to request linen for the sofa bed and I asked about the water. She asked what room number did I have and she confirms that I was a Diamond member (at least that was my assumption). She then proceeds to tell me that if I had come back through the front entrance, I would have been offered water and snacks. Ultimately, she gave me to room temperature bottles of water in my hand without even putting them in the bag that I usually get at other hotels. I was too tired to address her unprofessionalism so I just went back to my room and got a few hours of sleep. There were a few issues I found with the room but nothing major. I don't plan on returning here. I always try to find a stopping point on my drive from GA to LA in this area. I'll look for other options going forward.

I checked in a little late 11 pm ish. It was semi dark in the lobby and I thought nobody was behind the desk so I started to download the mobile app to check in when low and behold surprised! Even I laughed how high I jumped when I was greatest. I was visiting and usually spend the night somewhere on my trip between Florida and Missouri. The last 3 tripsIve paid well over 120 a night for rooms I've actually had to clean (no shower shoes) or pulled comforter back and the sheets could not have been changed. I did not leave bad reviews for the OTHERS, so I want to insure an excellent review for Sam's town. Not only were they sparkling clean, made me laugh and eased my mind as far as security. *********************************************************.rooms were way more comfortable and a lot more reasonable than any others I've stayed. Thank you Sams Town I will be back!!

I called the Hilton Garden on Aug 2nd 2022 to get a hotel room and they told me they were full but the Hampton right down the street had the same room I was trying to book and they were owned by the same company so she could go ahead and book my reservation for me. Beach view suite with a hot tub by the bed, I didn’t see anything on the Hampton website about the having a hot tub but I did see reviews of people talking about the hot tub by the bed. I arrived to my room at 7:30pm to check in and nobody was here, I was in a hurry as I was down here for business so I had to leave without checking in, after handling my business I arrived back to the room at 9:30pm and again nobody was around to check me in, I waited for over 30 mins to be check in, when I finally walk into the room there was no hot tub, there was footprints on the floor like nobody had mopped the floor, the room floor was slightly dirty, the bathroom wall had some kind of stain right by the shower entrance, the wall had handprints on it, the mirror had not been cleaned and so much for a “beach view” I couldn’t even see the beach. I immediately called down and asked to get a refund and she told me there was no manager on duty at night but she would make a note for the manager when they came. I thought hard about just finding another room but it was after 10pm at night so I just stayed, I wake up and go down to check out and the manager was completely unprofessional didn’t even look like she was at work she didn’t even have a uniform on…. And she argues with me instead of trying to help me. Tells me that she basically didn’t care that the Hilton told me there was a hot tub because I didn’t talk to them or they would have told me they didn’t have a hot tub in the room (like that was the only issue) so we go back and forth and she ended up doing absolutely NOTHING. No discount no I’m sorry, no nothing. She and I quote “we didn’t tell you there was a hot tub and if my room was dirty and I was unhappy with my room I wouldn’t have stayed in it I would have went somewhere else” so I told her ok well I guess I’ll just leave a review of how terrible my stay was and she said “thank you have a nice day”

When we arrived, the employees are so friendly and upbeat that they even carried on till we checked out! We stayed in the suite with 6 of us and it was great. The room was huge, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone was full, which was perfect before we got back on the road to Florida. Lastly, the location, we felt very safe in. And we appreciate the extra measure they take to continue that! We will def be back when we take another road trip to Florida again in the next year.

When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

It was our first time at The Golden Nugget. We were disappointed in the signage directions—we had to search on our own for the hotel check-in counter. Even though it was evening there were no staff on the floor to help and only one security guard was noted. We were celebrating our anniversary and were especially looking forward to the buffet meal only to find out it had been closed for sometime—even though it is advertised on your website. Another let-down was no slot machines available. Our hotel room was nice but overall the trip was disappointing!

The hotel is old and dirty—lots of noise and people yelling in the parking lot through the night. There is a guy who, like a pop-up tent set up in the parking lot selling pulled pork. It looks like he has been there a long time. The room surface was somewhat clean; however, the furniture was stained and dirty. We had a no-smoking room, but the table has burn marks. The tub had dirt/mold build up in the corners and behind the bathroom door. The sheets were stained. The door lock was broken. The window curtain was falling down. The site said there was free breakfast – there was no breakfast. Be alerted there was no fire alarm or sprinkler. The door had a 1-inch gap at the bottom. We will NOT stay here again. Should have left – but would not refund our money.

We are traveling to North Carolina and our stay was for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location was great. Bass Pro Shops and several other stores are within walking distance. I would like to thank Ms. Willis, (General Manager), Too Tall (Kitchen Manager), and Front Desk Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name), for handling a situation that occurred in the restaurant. These folks went above and beyond to be professional and apologetic. It’s so good to know some places still believe in Great Customer Service! Thank you so much!

We booked for a non-smoking room but we got a smoke/nicotin terrible smell room. The hotel clerk told us this is a no smoking room so he told us not to smoke. We don't smoke but the room was horribly smoke stinking. After we checked-out, we can still smell the smoke on our clothings. The floor is nicely renovated but it was too dirty with sand, soil!! beddings, toilet are clean. Breakfast is very simple but acceptable. Wichita Falls Baymont where we came from before Biloxi was excellent!
